This very good looking also very heavy made. The instructions that come with about installing is very dialed. It also came with a temperature chart that explains the difference in water temperature in the area you live at . This very important. So as a person you know what temp of the water will be at and know what it take to reach the target temp . As the install was very easy and everything work very will affect install was completed. The function are straight forward and very to adjust the settings and temperature. . I have a very large home . Where I live at the water temperature is 50 to 60 degrees. So I run this 27k to get 120 degrees water temp with the washer running and the dishwasher and the shower at the same time with no water temp changes when in the shower. This unit will heat the water very fast and keep that temperature steady for as long as you whant. This a great unit . This my second unit for this company. The first one was still work great when bought this one and will be moving the old to my other house . .

I chose the 27kW model, and I’m very satisfied with this purchase so far. One thing that stood out immediately is that this unit is made entirely of steel, not plastic, which gives it a much more solid and durable feel. At first, I was a bit concerned about whether a tankless water heater could meet my household’s hot water demand, but this unit has not disappointed at all. Whether it’s showers, kitchen use, or running multiple fixtures at the same time, we haven’t experienced any shortage of hot water. What impressed me the most is the build quality. This unit is made of all-metal materials rather than plastic, and it feels very sturdy and well-built. Compared to other units I looked at before, this one definitely feels more premium and gives me greater confidence in its long-term durability. Installation was fairly straightforward (as long as your electrical system can support it). It does require three 40-amp breakers. Once installed, it has been running very reliably. The heating is fast, and the water temperature remains consistent. Unlike traditional tank heaters, there are no fluctuations or running out of hot water. This has made a noticeable difference in everyday use. Also, compared to other electric tankless water heaters, this unit is actually able to reach and maintain the temperature I set. Another advantage is its compact size. It doesn’t take up much space and looks clean after installation. Overall, the purchasing experience has been excellent, and the product has fully met my expectations. If you’re considering a tankless water heater—especially in the 27kW range—this is definitely a great option to look into.

I originally had an older Wintemp model. It worked really well for the last few years, but I was running into some temperature fluctuation. I reached out to Wintemp directly for support and they recommended trying their newer model (WM27V Plus). I was able to swap out my original unit with the new unit in no time at all. The on-center spacing of the hot and cold lines was a little different then my original unit but that was an easy plumbing adjustment with my setup. I have only been able to do some initial testing on the unit so far but it seems to heat up much faster and the temperature stays a lot more consistent, which fixes the main issue I had with the old one. So far upgrading to the new unit seems like the right move. The new unit is more rigid as well. It has a metal housing and better electrical wire clamps. The only small complaint that I have is the cover panel now has six screws instead of just one on the previous unit. Four of them are on the sides which makes removing the panel a little difficult with my set up since I don’t have a lot of room adjacent to the unit. Definitely not a deal breaker though. Overall the new flow control option seems to keep the water right at the set temperature and the dial/touchscreen interface makes it easy to adjust. I really like the wifi feature as well. This unit is installed in our summer cottage, and it is convenient for me to be able to confirm with my phone that I did not forget to turned the unit off when we are not around for a bit. And the best part is that we don’t have to wait hours for 30 gallons of water to heat up (not to mention the cost savings)! So far I have no regrets!

I got this to install in a summer cabin. The old electric water heater doesn't have much life left and wastes a lot of electricity keeping the water hot all the time when nobody's using it. A modern tankless unit should save a lot on electricity since the cabin's not occupied all the time so there's no need to heat water all the time. The unit is well constructed of heavy gauge painted steel with brass fittings for the water lines. The kit includes all the necessary washers, mounting brackets and screws. The documentation is clear and easy to understand. I like that the water inlet includes a sediment screen to keep particulate out of the heater. Since our water supply is from a well this is a small but nice touch. Installation is pretty simple if you're handy. You need to be comfortable working with 240v and working in your panel, or hire an electrician. Hookup is simple and the connections are clearly marked. Likewise the plumbing is pretty simple, an NPT fitting for water in, and another for water out. If you've got older sweated/soldered copper pipes you'll need NPT adapters on the pipes. Functions/controls are pretty simple. There's a simple, easy to understand display. Turn it on, turn the dial to the temp you want it to maintain, and that's about it. The ability to connect to wifi and monitor/adjust is a nice bonus. I took off a star because while it claims to be ETL certified in the listing, there is no ETL certification logo (or mention) on the product which is required by ETL. The sticker on the product does state that it's compliant with UL, but again there is no UL certification sticker so I believe it was simply designed to be compliant but not actually certified.

Our tankless failed and couldn’t find locally a 12kw heater that used a 8AWG wire. So we saw this 12KW unit that uses 8AWG wire and ordered it. We love the heater and it was very easy to install. Just be advised they don’t come with the 8AWG wip to connect the unit to your house electric, you need to buy one or take off your old unit if you are replacing one if possible. Unit can be hooked up to WiFi for controlling temp remotely but we just set to aprox 110 degrees for our small house and that works great for everything and tends to get a little more longevity not having it set to the highest temp for regular use.

Went though 2 of them both of them have bad heaters in them hooked them up per instructions. Used the right wiring and breaker and tried a few breakers thought mine was bad nope just the heating element

My electrician is a handyman. He did a great job installing it, once the plumber was done. The water is hot immediately, my old system wasted a lot of water, tankless is the way to go.
