Bought this in June and finally got it installed yesterday. The product doesn’t even work. The temp gets up to 75degrees and then goes right back cold! There is no way to adjust the temperature and it’s basically trash! I wish I could get a refund for it but unfortunately, it’s been too long since I purchased it.     • You get what you pay for.
Purchased a year ago, almost to the day. It just died on us. Yes, the water isn't super hot and you have to limit the flow greatly to get warm water. It will not be able to heat up the water quickly enough if you run any normal faucet on full blast. Our solution was just to reduce inflow rate so that when you turned the hot water faucet on, it would always release just enough water to be hot. You do end up with 70something degree water with a flow that's about the same as what'd you expect from a boba tea straw. So does it work? Yes. But not as effectively as you might think it will. It IS tiny though, the size of two coconuts and pretty light. Generic faucet connectors and light small size makes it easy to install. At this price, it does make sense. I've considered running several in parallel but it drains a heck of a lot of power when it turns on so it can cause fuses to pop so be careful of that. ... show more

Got this for my suite to have a portable sink in my room. It stopped working almost immediately after I set it up. Ran hot water once then stopped. Missed my return window and it’s such a pain to take apart and re do. Don’t buy this.
