Right after the warranty the product broke a cooper pipe inside. It's not fixable. The sad thing is we made the most of it but the water wouldn't be hot unless you barely had the water running through it. So where a tub should only take up to 10 mins to fill ours took 30 mins of slow water to fill just to make sure it was hot. We made the most of it but for I to blow just after 90 days. I'm not impressed wouldn't by again.

I got this a while ago and I didn't have any propane tanks for it at the time. I got one 20lb tank filled and hooked it up. and it ran great for the first and only time. ever since it doesn't work anymore. I can hear the clicking of the ignitor but it never actually catches the gas on fire. it tries 2 times before giving me an E1 error code (not enough gas). I thought it was the regulator so I bought a new one. still didn't fix it. Now I have a hot water heater in my home with $300 down the damn drain.

The best feature on the water heater is set to the temperature want, and the water heater kept the temperature constant. Set the water flow to max flow, water heater was still able to keep the temperature constant. I could not tell you if this hold true if you live in a state where the temperature goes very low like in the 10 degrees in the wintertime.

this is my first tankless water heater. I replaced a 40 gallon tank heater. Water heater is in the laundry room. Picked up almost 4 sq ft of floor space, by eliminating the tank heater. I live in Mesa AZ so we dont need alot of heated water especially in the summer. This unit is everything I was hoping it would be . It was easy to install, I just had to move some pipework. Pretty easy and straight forward. My old heater was gas fired so I had gas in the laundry room already. This unit works incredible I like to take long showers, use to empty my old water heater everytime. This is a high quality water heater and gives me endless water. Can't say enough good things about it . never got excited about hot water before.

I would highly discourage anyone from purchasing this product. Spent $500 for extra parts to go with the unit and two days hooking everything up and when we turned it on it Did Not work. Went through the instructions which were very vague and tried to get it to work with no luck. Tried to find a customer service # and it was a foreign # and we just kept getting a message that number was not in service. There was a website listed "whatsapp" but we could not get any response from it either. Tried to find some information online for the company Runnatal and nothing would come up. Don't waste your money on this, it lives up to it's name because it doesn't run a tall(Runnatal).
