After extensive research I chose to order a Los Flexi Tall Toilet for Seniors 21 inch. The price was very reasonable and competitive, best I could find. Ordering through Amazon was easy, and it arrived quickly. Although the box was damaged quite a bit during shipping the product was intact due to excellent packaging. Because of its size the package was heavy, around 120 pounds, and a challenge for one older guy to move around with a dolly. Nevertheless I managed to get it to the bathroom. Since my water softener went out I had to replace it before I installed the toilet as I didn’t want it to get stained with un softened well water. Instructions were clear and excellent. I chose to attach the tank after I set the bowl because of the weight. I chose not to use the wax seal and instead used a Korky WaxFree seal, much easier, no mess, and if you miss the mark you can adjust until you get it just right. I highly recommend using a wax free seal! Once installation was complete I tried it out, and it worked perfectly. What a great product, powerful flush, no need to flush a second or third time. Couldn’t be happier. Since this taller toilet was my wife’s request I was anxious and ready for her to try it out. As they say, happy wife happy life. She climbed on and alas her feet didn’t reach the floor! The only way her feet were going to reach the floor was if I ordered her an $850.00 pair of Jimmy Choo stiletto high heels which I wasn’t going to do. After using the toilet a few times we concluded that getting off was a safety issue for her and regretfully decided to return it. A sad decision indeed because it’s a great toilet. I began the return process at Amazon and was informed that I needed return approval from the seller. I started that process and when I got to the screen that said the seller would contact me within 48 hours I thought I was done. No contact, so I did it a second time. No contact. On my third attempt I realized that on my previous attempts I didn’t scroll down to the “submit” button. Success, finally. In touch with customer service now. What a great team! Efficient, helpful, responsive, understanding, prompt. They approved my return and sent me a shipping label and instructions on how to return the product. I successfully boxed everything up and dropped it off. The seller received the return, inspected it, and issued my refund. The Los Flexi toilet is an excellent product that’s reasonably priced and the customer service team is the best. As a retired school teacher I give them an A+

The Los Flexi package as though it had gone through freight war. Figure it would be a mess inside to my amazement it was well packaged with no damage. Read and followed the directions to a point. I didn't install the tank until bottom was in place. Also placed wax ring on floor and used a short 2x4 under the bottom to help balance and line up mounting bolts and not mess up wax ring. In a hour and half this 85 year old man alone had removed old and installed new and had it operating. Looks great. I'm impressed with the low amount water it uses to flush and clean bowl. So far it seems to be worth the price..

Installed in no time. Replaced a standard height toilet with a plastic riser. The riser kept coming loose. This toilet is same height without the riser. Looks and fits well. I also like the soft close seat.

This toilet is Beautifully crafted and a perfect fit to all my needs! The design of 21” from the floor to the seat is everything it says and anyone who is disabled or is needing something higher due to being taller this is the product for you!! The toilet comes assembled (except for the tank to toilet) has all its hardware needed, so it’s easy to install and an easy to clean. So Comfortable I promise it will not disappoint you! Short story about my experience… Sadly, mine was damaged during delivery and I was refunded my money. Afterwards Amazon refused to accept the item back so I contacted the Los Flexi company makers of the toilet and explained the entire situation. I was truthful about the situation. I asked if I could possibly purchase the broken tank because I didn’t want to see it go to the landfill or pay for the disposal. I was asking to purchase the tank expecting nothing more. Los Flexi not only apologized about my experience But offered to send me the replacement for the broken part… for free! When sadly that one arrived broken.. they sent out another with yet more apologies and a different carrier. They went above their expected service to make sure I the customer was not only satisfied but truly appreciated. Non the less.. Los Flexi made me as a customer feel like I mattered. Their customer service team was AMAZING and truly took the time to ensure the delivery was complete. I would recommend this toilet and More of Los Flexi company products. Thank you for their excellent products and customer service support team! 5 stars simply isn’t enough!

I'm 5'9" and it's a bit too tall for me, but that just means I get off it quicker than my old toilet! No staying there for relaxing reads. Because of my leg's big bendy parts, I needed a taller toilet and this fits the bill. Handles waste loads excellently over the 2 months I've had it. I deducted 1 star because the water tank didn't settle in precisely with just the screws. (My landlord hired an experienced licensed plumber to install it; I bought it, though.) That tank doesn't rest against the wall. So, had to use an improvised shim to avoid any wobble in the tank. East to clean. Very happy with the purchase.
