Great value for the price and number of pieces you get. Bought so I can have a full set of the same color making it easier to spot when traveling. Has a lot of space! I packed 5days worth of clothing and more. The zip didn't pop. It rolls quite easily. Great material. Had minor scratch but that's because they handled it very harsh during traveling

We purchased 2 of these sets before an international trip, the TSA Lock being a deciding factor over other brands. We followed all directions perfectly to reset our code, but after watching many YouTube videos, figured out that we couldn’t open it up with the new code because the reset button that should pop back up after resetting the code, did NOT pop back up. It looked like it was broken and stayed below the lock-casing. We were effectively locked out of our luggage before even leaving home! We ended up having to break the lock and were then afraid to try and reset the lock codes on all the rest of the luggage. Sooo, we went overseas with zip ties locking our brand new luggage. It was a headache we didn’t need right before leaving and we were very disappointed and frustrated that the lock was so poorly made. I sent the seller feedback before we left and again after returning, but I’ve yet to hear back from anyone. Disappointing, to say the least.

I've been looking for a new set of hard shell luggage, but I just couldn't find what I was looking for until Now! Finally, I came across this 5 piece luggage set! And it had everything I was looking for. But let me back up a little.... My search for better luggage actually started after my last airline trip. I had some old luggage that was fabric sided. After landing and retrieving my luggage, I threw them in the rent a car. I thought I smelled jet fuel, but just thought it was from the air at the airport and didn't think anymore about it. That was until I arrived at my hotel room. Now, that jet fuel smell was even stronger. After opening my fabric sided luggage and sniffing the contents, I realized that not only did my suitcase smelled like jet fuel, but so did all of my clean clothes. OMG...this is terrible, I thought. I can't wear any of these clothes. Thankfully I had a day before I had to attend any meetings and there was a laundromat near by. So I spent the next three hours rewashing all my clothes. It was then I knew I had to find better luggage. Fast forward to today and my new hard shelled luggage. I love the three different suitcase sizes, the hard shelled exteriors, the reinforced corners, the easy rolling wheels, the strong extendable handles and the strong zippers with the combination locks. Add to that the nicely made medium sized duffel bag and a nice toiletries bag and you have one outstanding set of luggage. But best of all, none of my clothes will ever smell like jet fuel again! And, when it's time to store them until my next trip, they all fit inside of each other like a set of Russian nesting dolls. Brilliant!! 5 Stars
