I needed slim storage to go on either side of a wall mounted TV to hold a DVD/BluRay collection. These were absolutely perfect for the space I had available. I found them to be very durable and the materials well made. The packing was awesome and someone would have to put some serious effort into breaking these pieces when they are still in the box. Assembly was also super easy. I'm a 5' tall woman and it took around 45 minutes to put each one together (while watching TV, so I probably could have done it faster). They hold a nice number of movies with a little space on the edge for anything else you want to sit there and the top has enough space for more displays. I found these a great value for the amount of storage I got out of them and the quality of the unit. I would definitely buy again if I need more. ... show more

assemply was pretty easy and probably took me (1 person) like 25 mins my biggest fear was that my books wouldn't fit height wise and although some of my taller books didnt fit most of them did! i had to take off one of my box sets box to fit the books in but they fit easily after it feels a bit wobbly at first but once you put everything in it holds up well decent space for everything as well i was able to fit books, movies, and a few smaller figures in ... show more

I really did not know what to expect with putting this together. One never knows since you hear stories about missing parts and misaligned holes and so forth. However, with this, i was pleasantly surprised. I took me about 30 minutes to put this together, and i was worried at first since you have 2 sections that connect together. I was just worried that it would fall apart or be loose but it was a very secure shelf that actually looks and is very nice. The only issues that people should really know is that for Dvd's, i thought that they were all the same size, but i have sound out that some are slightly longer than others. But with the 8 shelves here, you have the option for the slightly larger dvd and smaller ones. And i read others say that the screw holes with the color stickers did not match, well that was not the case, the sticker colors blended in very nicely without any color variation. The actually bolted this shelf to my wall to keep it from falling over just to avoid an accident. But all in all, the color was just as expected and looks good and is very strong and secure. Just keep in mind, the size of the dvds you put in. I took a few pictures to post so others can see my handy work and how it looks in my living room. For the price and quality, i really cannot complain and was not difficult to put together. I thought it was a very good value. I absolutely love this shelf unit! I bought it in the green color and it’s absolutely perfect in a corner of my bedroom. I had about 16 inches between my bed and the curtains. So not enough room for a nightstand but perfect for a shelf unit that is not quite 12 inches wide. It gave me a lot of extra room for books and tarot cards and decorative items. It took me about an hour to put together by myself with a drill. The instructions were absolutely perfect! It came very well packaged and not damaged at all. That made me very happy! I needed a narrow bookshelf to fit in my bedroom and this got the job done. Arrived with no damage and good quality. Easy to put together. The assembly was fine, and it fit right in where I want it to. I’ll have to mess with the shelves more, but it really doesn’t fit hardback books standing upright. Paperbacks are okay but mass market paperbacks fit the best. Just keep that in mind!
