I took on a large project of rebuilding my production studio, a lot of skills I had no experience in at all but took my time and thankfully brought tools I could trust. This laser level has been instrumental at every step. It lets you know if I can’t get perfectly level, so you know when the beeping stops you’re good. The 3 way lasers have been amazingly useful, and it’s easy to place. I found using a camera tripod best but the magnetic attachment came in handy a few times. The charge lasts forever and it’s super robust. I dropped it a few times and it’s held up fine. Honestly, I can’t say enough about this guy, 100% recommend

Basically I like this unit. Bright, easy to see laser in interior room with daylight sun. Self-leveling is an absolutely awesome feature. Flipping from horizontal to vertical to both is brain dead simple. Frankly the usability is so good there is no need for a user guide (just as well as the user guide is irrelevant). The mag attachment works well and likely useful downstream. Currently using on a tripod. Unsure…. As yet I haven’t needed to use to set a horizontal for say a suspended ceiling (that is, for the horizontal to be inclined higher than unit height). Not sure it can and the self-leveling may prevent. OK, so what could be improved? 1. Poor indication of battery level remaining. The laser dims and returns to brightness a few times as an indication, but I didn’t see this in the incredibly brief user 2. The laser level unit has no indication of charging - you need to look at the LED on the USB plug adapter. There should be a LED on the body of the unit, and use this for 3. No indication that the USB-C port on the unit is for charging - somewhat obvious but why not note on the user guide diagram? 4. Beeps when not able to self-level, and switches off if it cannot self-level. That makes sense, but did I miss reading this in the overly basic user guide. I am very happy with this laser level. I’ve used over 20 ft inside on a sunny day and the laser line is still very easy to see. Near up the line is very, very bright and around 1/16” or a bit less. Slight divergence from a hard line (more like 1/8” to 3/16”) at 20 feet - but I didn’t measure (merely took the mid-point). I have no way to assess accuracy but no reason to dispute the specifications - and way better than tape measures and plumb line.

This laaaaaaser level is pretty cool. With USB-C charging and removable, swappable battery, a remote with laser intensity and horizontal and vertical laser controls, and dead level lines, this laser level wins in my book. I checked the laser line against my Stabila 6ft level and it's dead on. The power switch is also the pendulum lock so when it's packed into it's tight fitting foam carrying case, it should be completely safe to rattle around in a vehicle. Overall initial impression is that this is a good tool to have in the arsenal for building, renovating or just decorating.

A buddy of mine had one of these that he had let me borrow to hang up curtains and some other decorations in my house. When I had to return his, I knew that I needed to buy myself one. I tried to find one with a good price and good quality. This ended up being the one that fit my budget and met the requirements I was looking for. It works great and I’ve used it for several projects since. It didn’t take long to set up and was user friendly. The carrying case makes it easy to keep up with the pieces and to transport.

I’m satisfied with the laser. I like the 360 degree capabilities of the rotary lasers. The lines are much more useful than the fixed types. The brightness is acceptable (and better than my other laser.) 3 improvements I’d like to see: 1) be able to turn off the beeper for out of level. 2) use easier to source battery packs 3) charging status should be done on the laser or battery pack. It appears as though you can’t use a standard charging cord to charge the battery. You need the one that comes with the device.

This is one of those tools that you say “oh that’s just a luxury” then you wonder how the heck you got on without it! I love tools. Have a whole 12 x 24 shop full of them. Usually any project I’m doing I can put my hand on the tool I need. But, as we were getting a plan together to begin renovating a 100 plus year old farm house on our property, I said to myself, “time for a laser level”. This one is awesome. Has all the features I need and has worked flawlessly! Very impressed with the battery life as well! Couldn’t be more pleased!
