The reason for the return was that a damaged, non functioning watch was received from JK Luxury. They applied a restocking fee deduction of more than $400 to the reimbursed total and certainly that’s unethical and inappropriate since the item purchased was not working and they should have verify that prior to shipping it. I bought the watch for my husband as a surprise gift on our 40th wedding anniversary. It was really sad to see that the watch was not functioning.
