Edited 12/31/22: Feonal contacted me about some of the issues I mentioned in my original review. I take this as a sign of their dedication to product quality and customer satisfaction and have decided to increase my rating because of that and because my GF for whom I bought the tablet as a gift and is perhaps not as particular as I am finds that she really likes it. 12/26/22: Feonal K118. It works, sort of. Maybe good if you don't want to add extra apps and do more unusual stuff. But it does have some problems. It keeps saying to reinsert the SD card for extra storage. That card does not appear to apps as an SD card but is buried in the android system folder. It doesn't seem to be possible to assign apps to use the extra storage. The extra storage does not show up on file manager apps unless you manually search in the system files for it. Also it will frequently report that it cannot install apps because storage is full (less than 10% actually used, not counting the SD card), and it will say that some app or organization is not permitting screenshots about half the time. Small included instruction book is not much good and certainly does not address any of the issues mentioned above. In short not as much of a bargain as it appeared to be, and I am glad I bought a refurb unit instead of paying full price for a new version of the same Feonal K118 model. The protective case offered by Amazon DOES NOT fit. Very loose, blocks the main camera. The WECOOL 10 inch tablet case. ... show more
