Product is great, it's easy setup, doesn't take more than 3 mins, but it's lacking in gaming quality and performance, and it's kinda slow, but once it boots up it's not bad, it's pretty responsive, Camera is of horrible quality, storage isn't that big, would definitely expand it, but if you need another device to use, it's a life saver. 👍 ... show more

    • Quit working after 6 months!
I bought this tablet in October 2025. Worked fine for 6 months and I was a happy camper. In April 2026 it quit working. It hangs up a few moments after it boots. Screen freezes and it doesn't respond. Read the manual and tried the self help suggestions. It won't go to the factory reset page when power and down volume are held. Supposedly the thing has a two year warranty and customer support supposedly, per the Amazon product description is available. However, I've not found any way to contact any customer support. I have contacted Amazon and will see what happens. I will update this review if anything is done to resolve this issue. Update: It wasn't easy but I contacted Amazon customer service. They sent me a pretty generic, probably AI generated reply saying that I needed to contact the manufacturer as Amazon's 30 day return window was long gone. But they provided no name or web site for the manufacturer. However, a few days later I got a note, via Amazon from the seller offering a refund or exchange if I returned the defective tablet to their location in Santa Fe Springs. I did return it and they sent me a new tablet via Amazon. It is working fine. I will see if this one lasts longer than six months and will once again update this review in six months. This process was not easy or obvious. I do believe that if Amazon's description indicates that a product they sell has a 2 year warranty and 24/7 customer service they should make sure that the seller provides a web site or other mechanism for accessing that service. ... show more

Bought this for my father since his phone screen is too small. He likes it and has playing it for a while. It came with a very well packaged box and plastic wrap. It connected to the phone and wifi very smoothly. All in all it has good value for the price.

    • i got the wrong size but if it were the right size, it's nice
be careful.. i bought a ten inch tablet then this ten inch cover the tablet does not fit inside.. i'm going to give it away. it's not bad, just know, what ever size ur tablet is, you want to order a cover a few more inches larger than your tablet.

This was a life saver. My previous tablet finally died. This one is just as good, maybe better because of the 18GM RAM and 128GB ROM 1TB Expand. The battery life is not as long as posted in the reviews but not a problem, just plug it in to charge.
