The OS runs relatively slow and not all apps are available through Google Play. My guess is weak hardware but you’d expect it to at least run smoothly when first purchased. Fairly basic apps crash upon opening and it’s just something you have to get used to… Finding accessories for it proved difficult as well since it’s not one of the “big guys” tablets. Took us two tries for screen protectors, two tries to find a case that would work, and three tries to find my wife a point-of-sale stand that would fit it. Just be careful and read accessories descriptions carefully. Edit: Changing to 4 stars. This tablet has worked great for my kids! Nice to you is better than our other one that we got that we used and also charged it and then it stopped working from you guys and then it just doesn't turn on or anything anymore so that one sits on the side of our couch but this one that we just bought is awesome the only thing is is in the picture it shows like a gold color and it looks more of a peach pink and my husband wanted a gold one and that's why I got it so now he has a peach pink one ... show more
