I've got fine silky hair so finding an iron that'll hold a piece of it has been quite the effort so I pulled the trigger and spent more than usual for this iron and I'm fine with that because this thing does the job beautifully. I'm also a natural blond so high heat is a big no no and this has a lower heat setting also so a win there too. Even though my hair is fine I've got a lot of it and getting those beachy waves by grabbing smaller chunks of hair is a breeze for me with this iron and I don't mind admitting that I'm a total feebe with styling appliances of all kinds but I got the results I'd given up trying for the first time I used this iron. Although it holds my hair I have zero problems sliding & curling down a hair section when I need to curl that way. I've seen how high irons can be priced so I guess this is mid range but to me it's pricey but worth every penny. ... show more

I ended up returning this item. I got it on Prime day for 2/3 the original price and it still wasn't worth the cost. My $12 Conair did just as good a job, it just doesn't have a long enough barrel for my long hair. I ended up sending this back and spending $25 on a generic brand long barrel on Walmart's website - works great and for MUCH less. I was disappointed in the quality of this iron. ... show more

I wanted to love this. I was so excited. But I have short hair and the curls were impossible to create with this barrel. I am going to try a smaller size. This iron is so well crafted and sleek just didn't work for me 😭

Great tool, totally recommended! I have now an easy way to make loose curls (I have very long hair) in a funny way and giving me a new wild look in just a short period of time. I have to try two times to find out what level of power do I need to achieve the perfect look. The only thing is that, after payment, I had to pay a commission for international transaction.
