The FDA took my favorite Arnica cream off the market. I found this one and was pleased to discover it is even more effective than the brand I used to purchase. The PLUS 12 in the name is the clue that this contains much more than Arnica: including Calendula, Aconite, Ruta, Symphytum, Hypericum and more. Therefore it addresses bruising, nerve pain, phantom limb pain, and much, much more. It's fantastic. Do note that it comes in a GEL (this product) and a CREAM. They are equally effective, but I prefer the cream. The gel always feels ice cold when you apply it, and it seems slippery on the skin. The cream rubs right in. Just my personal preference. This is a great, all-around injury cream.
