I bought this for traveling purposes, I couldn't get it to connect to my phone at first, finally I got it to connect, as I keep going it tells me to "sign into wifi network" when I clicked it, it sent me to a white screen with nothing on it, so I clicked use wifi as is, there was no internet on it, I factory reset it, did the set up again and I kept getting the same results ... show more

    • Works like it is supposed to work
I'm pretty technology challenged and went to the T-Mobile store to make sure it was what we needed. We have a vacation house in the middle of nowhere and only need internet for a week every couple of months. They tried to have me rent some other device but finally admitted it would probably work. We've had satellite internet there before now, but it is expensive. Our T-Mobile phones give us 5 GB of hotspot internet free each month. The hookup was quick and simple (basically plug and play) and connecting the computers to the Wi-Fi was even easier. It seems to work great with no other cost beside buying the hotspot device. Update: Found the cord and I still truly love this hotspot This was working great up until I lost the power adapter the block I tried other blocks and it doesn’t work either. They’re too slow or they’re too fast so can anyone tell me what the specs are for the block and block I mean as the USB that goes into the wall. Besides that I’m Not with T-Mobile I’m with Metro PCS and it works great. I have 100 GB plan. Only if I can make it work it would be great. ... show more

I purchased this wifi in July 2024 for work purposes to be able to take my computer when I travel. I have only used the wifi 10 times since July and it is no longer working. You dont know what you're getting. Be careful.

My iPhone was easily connected to this WiFi hot spot, but there is no Internet available. So, this WiFi becomes useless. I will return it.

    • It didn’t work
Went and got data for it from T-Mobile because it was a T-Mobile hotspot and it would not work at all. It was a waste of money.

    • Found password works great
You have to take off the back cover and the battery out and then it will tell you password. It don’t come with a SIM card so you have to buy one for this item but it has fast download and upload speeds.
