Update March 2026: If you have Assurance Wireless, stay away from this phone. At first it was great, but now that these phones are auto updating themselves to Android 16, they are turning into useless bricks. No calls coming in, or going out. It's not just my phone, I did some research and everyone who owns a Revvl 7 is having similar problems. It's way past the 30 day return window so now it's my loss. Original Review (December 2025): I'm thrilled, what a great phone. I was able to connect it to Assurance Wireless and it's working great. This pro version has a beautiful screen and was worth the upgrade. It's big though, and heavier than your average cell phone, but I still love it. It's very fast, 5G compatible, takes both regular SIM (nano size) and eSIM. To connect it to Assurance Wireless you have to call them and they'll register the SIM card over the phone. Just swapping in your existing SIM into the new phone won't do it, you have to call. The phone arrived brand new, sealed in the box, and unlocked. ... show more

This phone, though inexpensive, is a quality phone. It was actually unlocked and using it with my service provider was easy. The camera takes crisp photos that are worth sharing. It processes tasks quickly. I haven't ran into any lag. So far the battery lasts a long time. I only have to charge the phone once each day, and that's with playing YouTube music for 8 hours straight and watching videos throughout the day. We purchased this phone for my mom to replace an old Samsung. We took it to T-Mobile to address a data card issue, but it would not connect to data. My guess is that we received a defective unit, because no matter what T-Mobile tried, the phone could not send or receive data files. As a result, it only works for calls and texts—no Wi-Fi or internet. My mom is almost 80, so we decided to keep it rather than have her go without a phone for another week. However, I would be cautious about this product. For context, I previously worked in telecom supporting the ODL, so I’m fairly tech-savvy. I bought this phone as a replacement knowing that it was already a year old but with that being said I haven't had any problems with the phone including the known issue with upgrading from Android 14 to 15. I have not encountered any of the problems that other people have been complaining about with this phone. I just use it as a phone so I don't really have much more to say about the performance other than the battery life is good and the picture quality is very good couple things here and there I don't like but other than that I think it was worth the money I paid ... show more

I just got this phone a day ago the battery life sucks the phone glitches has lil Pop up bubble things at the bottom of the screen that don't go away every time you do something like save a file delete a game etc can't hide apps the speak to text doesn't work worth a crap phone is cheaply made would not recommend in order for you to use mobile data you have to add your carriers APN etc ... show more
