Update March 2026: If you have Assurance Wireless, stay away from this phone. At first it was great, but now that these phones are auto updating themselves to Android 16, they are turning into useless bricks. No calls coming in, or going out. It's not just my phone, I did some research and everyone who owns a Revvl 7 is having similar problems. It's way past the 30 day return window so now it's my loss. Original Review (December 2025): I'm thrilled, what a great phone. I was able to connect it to Assurance Wireless and it's working great. This pro version has a beautiful screen and was worth the upgrade. It's big though, and heavier than your average cell phone, but I still love it. It's very fast, 5G compatible, takes both regular SIM (nano size) and eSIM. To connect it to Assurance Wireless you have to call them and they'll register the SIM card over the phone. Just swapping in your existing SIM into the new phone won't do it, you have to call. The phone arrived brand new, sealed in the box, and unlocked. ... show more

It doesn't work with T-Mobile data when I bought it and when I brought it to a person that works at tmobile the network did not work which was really disappointing cause I really liked the phone but that's the only issue I seen with the phone when I had it and I don't think that I'm ever gonna risk it again trying to find a phone to work with my tmobile services that I just started with! ... show more

Purchased this phone because I had a Revvl 5 that the battery was dying after 5 years. I got the 7 pro had T Mobile switch the compatible sim card a copy the 5 to the 7 data. Piece of cake. The next day my 7 had a message pop up stating it was going to update. It did and a program Quickstep needed to launch quit working a kept flashing on the screen. It would not shut down the program. I went to the program app cleared the cashe and still the program would not shut down. I had no access to my home screen at all rendering the phone useless. I started the return process. Took the phone to T Mobile to switch the sim card back to my old 5. The technician looked at my 7 did a few things and FIXED it in 3 minutes no more quick start issues and I LOVE my phone. If you buy this Revvl 7 pro and this happens just do as I did. I'm very happy with it ... show more

My phone died out of the blue and I needed a new one when I went to the store. The price they had for this phone was somewhat higher than what they sold it on here. So I took a chance and bought it. Everything works fine. The service is great. I did go into the store and let them set it up clearly it’s Metro T-Mobile. You just have to make sure you look at the grade of the phone. I made sure mine was high therefore, I had no problems. If you don’t pay the extra three or four dollars for a high grade instead of a medium, you only have yourself to blame. ... show more
