Activating this phone plan was simple with easy-to-follow instructions. I also have to renew this phone plan a couple of times and the customer service team had made this such a convenient experience. They are very fast to respond to my questions, and I greatly appreciate Jug and his team!

The phone card doesn't come with set up instructions, no sim-eject tool for Iphone, I don't even know the phone number. I bought other company phone card before, they come with instruction and iphone sim-eject, and also receive text message of the phone number. Overall it is not good for a traveller, spend too much time to figure it out . I don't recommend to buy it. don't even receive any text messages telling me the phone number. It's so helpless for a traveller and zero customer support.

Hot spot and normal direct internet with Phone are poor at best. fine for email, test and normal phone calls. Skype, whatsapp video calls are impossible and any hotspot for my laptop including a direct USB cable is garbage. need a minimum of 3-4 mb/s to be reliable and useful. I could not recommend. I've used it previous and it was just barely okay last time. this time however I find I can not trust it.
