I love adding these resistance loops to my workout routine. They add the right amount of resistance and if you need more, just add a band. Very easy to use, no rubber smell. Can use with weights to add to their resistance as well.

These are inexpensive and decent value, but they will break, and they do lose tension over time. The also become uncomfortable to hold after a while. I have leveled up to figure 8 bands with handles and they are much more user friendly.

Had these for about 5 months now and one has already snapped. Only used about 6-8 times. But for the price, its a great for stockings or easter baskets.
