I love adding these resistance loops to my workout routine. They add the right amount of resistance and if you need more, just add a band. Very easy to use, no rubber smell. Can use with weights to add to their resistance as well.

Let me start off by saying that I’ve never used exercise bands before. Therefore, I don’t really have anything to compare these to. That said, they were great! there are five different strengths: extra light to extra strong. They seem like strong, sturdy bands. I can definitely tell the difference in the tension between the bands. They came in a nice little carrying case and as an added bonus, there was a little booklet that had some different types of band exercises you could do. That was helpful! So all in all, these were exactly what I was looking for and so far I’m happy with my purchase! I will update if anything changes. ... show more

Had these for about 5 months now and one has already snapped. Only used about 6-8 times. But for the price, its a great for stockings or easter baskets.
