My home has a lack of storage space. After 10 years, our unsatisfactory broom/mop storage began to grate at my nerves. After many hours of research and internal debate, I choose this cabinet mostly because it would arrive the soonest. I purchased the 16" utility storage cabinet in White Oak. I leisurely assembled the cabinet (by myself) between other morning tasks. The "B" board was SLIGHTLY warped, but it squared up when I added the backing- which may have been the task that involved the most effort. Pros: Holds my mops and brooms in the large open space. Holds some cleaning supplies on the top shelf. Easy to put together. THE ADJUSTABLE FEET!!!! VERY CLEAR instructions on assembly AND how to adjust the door hinges. Worth the price I paid. Feels moderately sturdy. Cons: none. Unreasonable desires: I wish there were more pre-drilled holes to put in a second shelf with low clearance from the fixed shelf; a place to store flat items would be nice. Overall impression: Easy to put together. Unfussy appearance (verging on boring). Not a bright white, more of a grey white (this works for me). Holds everything I need it to hold. Is better looking than a jumble of mops and brooms in the corner. The adjustable feet are the BEST feature. I wish everything had adjustable feet. Not a sturdy or attractive as custom built-in cabinetry, but for $130 its COMPLETELY adequate. ... show more

    • Trim into glued and drill holes are off

The trim on the door on three sides is not glued well and coming off. The drill holes are so small when you put the screw in, the edges start crumbling. It’s somewhat ok in the laundry room but if you plan to have it in a more visible place, I would stay away from this unit.

This is a nice piece I have installed in my bathroom. Okay 2 cons....The legs on it are cheap as heck. The other negative is that it is not a true black. Almost looks brown. The shelves are nice and roomy and when put together is good quality mdf but those legs gotta be replaced immediately

I bought this for my salon for extra storage. I made sure to measure first. It fits perfect! It was pretty easy to build. Took some time but the directions were good and the parts were all there. It’s very sturdy and heavy so it won’t fall on anyone. The door opens and closes very easy. I think think is something I’ll keep for a while ... show more

The picture shows a nicely painted and polished storage unit. What actually came looked like someone splashed some white paint on wood and put it in a box. Some pieces had chips in the corners. Some pieces looked like wood was split and they just painted over it. Not sturdy at all unless you anchor to a wall. Only good things about this product is that it is easy to assemble and it does have alot of space. Only reason that I didn't return was the inconvenience to carry this heavy box to a store.
