I have the small fit of the VSP. If my head were larger (like M/L), then this would probablywork. But, I adjusted the strap as far as possible and still felt no effect from the strap.

What Works Well: This Syntech Head Strap is a significant improvement over Apple’s default options for the Vision Pro. The cushioned pad and adjustable straps distribute weight much more evenly, reducing facial pressure during extended VR sessions. I’ve worn it for hours while working or gaming without the cheek or forehead strain I experienced with the original strap. The knit-like fabric is soft and breathable, striking a nice middle ground between Apple’s ultra-light Solo Knit Band (which lacks support) and their bulkier Dual Loop Band (which feels restrictive). The side straps are easy to adjust on the fly, and the rear padding keeps the headset stable during movement. What Could Be Better: The top strap occasionally slips during high-movement activities, like plowing my driveway or bending over quickly. It’s not a major issue, but I did have to readjust it a few times. While lighter than Apple’s bulkier bands, the Syntech still adds a bit more heft than the Solo Knit—though the trade-off in comfort is worth it. Comparison to Apple’s OEM Bands: • Solo Knit Band (Apple): Easier to slip on/off but lacks support for heavy use. • Dual Loop Band (Apple): More stable but bulky and harder to micro-adjust. • Syntech: Balances adjustability and support, though not as sleek as Solo Knit. Final Thoughts: If you want to maximize comfort without sacrificing adjustability, this Syntech strap is a great choice. The occasional slippage is a minor drawback compared to the relief it provides for your face and neck. Ok I don't have a VP, but I do have a meta 3 and men does this make it more comfortable. Pretty sure it can work on all type of headstrap. Was really going to buy a velcro strap until I also got this. Great buy and great quality.

Good material. Works as intended. Comes with a padding optional if you want to use it but it does grip well when attached.

Comfy and easy to install and adjust. Half the price of the Belkin and didn't have to wait 6 weeks for it. Looks a little weird on my bald head but it's worth it for how much more comfy the VP is.

The strap is comfortable and does a good job of reducing facial pressure during use. However, the attachment points are poorly designed. The headband covers the knob on the right side, making adjustments inconvenient, and it obstructs the battery attachment point on the left. While it works, these issues make it less practical than expected.
