After a couple of months, very happy with the tv. Seems well made and the picture is good even in full sun. At night it is very bright, so glad I went with the 1,000 nits. Mounted with the Sylvox swivel mount which is very adjustable. Had one minor issue and the CS team responded quickly.

I have never had an outdoor TV before or felt I needed one, but after doing a major backyard makeover I purchased this TV. It is definitely heavy-duty and appears to be built to weather a storm for sure. The colors are very vibrant and I am able to see the picture clearly from several different angles. Just bought the 43" set and picture is great. This version of google TV does not have apps for either Xfinity or Spectrum streams. I am picking up an Apple TV 4K+ for it. Hope this thing lasts. The streaming device isn't the worst thing in the world, but Google should release those apps.

To tier customer support. I had an issue where the attachment for the Sylvox sound bar fell off the TV and they immediately sent the replacement parts. No hassle. And obviously the product itself is really high quality you can tell

    • Catch 22. Watch that 30 days!

The TV worked for about a week then kept going on and off then quit altogether. Called the manufacturer and they gave us instructions as to what it might be and how to fix it. Again worked several days then quit. They gave us another method, no luck. Then they sent us a replacement TV which takes a couple of weeks to get to us. TV works for several days then manifests a whole other set of problems. Their engineers gave us another set of possible fixes and again didn't work. With the shipping time, communications back and forth and multiple attempts at fixing the problems it is is months later. So rather than accepting another replacement unit we request a refund but NO. We can't get a refund after 30 days. What? ... show more

I finally purchased an outdoor TV for my deck and I love it! I was going to go with 55”, but decided to get the 65” and I’m so glad I did! It is perfect for my space! I also bought the outdoor soundbar, which I highly recommend. Sounds so much better outside than without one. I did try it both ways. I purchased the outdoor stand too, which is strong to hold up the heavy TV. The only thing I haven’t bought yet is a cover for it. However, I am able to lift it up and roll it back in the house through my slider all by myself and I’m a 5’ 5” female. Can’t wait to watch NFL games outside this fall by the fire! ... show more
