So far so good!!! I did have to buy a bigger mount but was able to use a few of the holes from the previous mount! It looks and works great! I added my Firestick to the back and was able to put the waterproof cover back on! It’s under an eave and I’m not too worried about the back getting wet. But then I logged into Google TV and was able to get all my apps - DirecTv, Apple TV, Paramount +, Prime, Disney, Hulu, NetFlix, etc. The picture quality is amazing! And I was in full sun! It’s like watching TV inside. I went from baseball to soccer to Godfather 2 with no issues or complaints. Frankly, I am surprised at the quality and value! If you were cautious like me, I read review after review from a few sources. The housing is amazing yet the TV is not that heavy. It even has an internal cooling fan! Highly recommend!!!

Loving this TV so far! It arrived in one day. I had not heard of the brand but this TV had good reviews and so far it’s been great. I had to hire someone to install it and install went well. I also bought a storm shell for the tv and it fit perfectly. Color and picture are great. Easy set up. Ian at customer service was great when I reached about the 1 year warranty. Great option for a livable outdoor area:)

I had an issue with my Sylvox outdoor TV when it was damaged by a sudden gust of wind. Although this type of damage wasn’t initially covered under the warranty, I reached out to Sylvox’s support team for assistance. Their communication was prompt, professional, and empathetic from start to finish. After reviewing my situation and escalating the matter to a supervisor, they offered to replace the TV at no cost (aside from shipping), which was far more than I expected. They were clear and transparent throughout the entire process and genuinely cared about resolving my concern. The fact that they stood behind their product and worked with me so professionally speaks volumes about their commitment to customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Sylvox TVs—not only for their quality and outdoor durability, but also for the company’s integrity and customer service. Easy to install. It is a little thick. Picture quality is very good. Colors are not quite as vibrant as the indoor TV’s but that may be related to excessive sunshine.

Great TV and customer service! Our box was damaged upon arrival and I noted in my review. Customer service team responded with information and was very helpful. Thankfully the TV was not damaged. We set it up with ease and are even enjoying in the day time from the pool! We have the 43” and the picture is bright and sound is good (we connect to a different speaker but not really necessary) . Happy with this purchase!

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Bought this tv not even a month ago. Installed it 2 weeks ago - used it twice. One time for set up, one time for actual use. After turning it on twice, the screen no longer turns on. Tv is covered under a 12 month manufacturer warranty, but Sylvox customer service will not call or email us back after calling/emailing 3 different times during business hours. I am now working with the 3 year warranty provider (Asurion) to get a replacement. For a $1000+ product, I expect higher quality and better customer service.
