TV is very solid and has a very bright picture even for a partial sun model. NOTE: We have it in a covered screened in porch and it works great. No issues with heat/cold. We did have a problem with the remote when it arrived, but Sylvox support was very responsive, quickly did some troubleshooting, and then immediately shipped out a replacement remote which paired and worked perfectly. The picture quality is pretty good. The audio is not very good, but I bought a Soundcore Anker Bluetooth Outdoor Speaker to solve that problem. The operating system seems to be fairly slow so switching between apps and loading videos is not as fast as my Sony Smart TVs, but not a big deal. TV is good value for the money for outdoor TV. Others are more because the Linux system doesn't have as many apps. However if you are are going to hook up AppleTV or Chromecast it shouldn't matter. The TV continues to work great, and now it exactly as I expected the TV to be. 5 Star Customer Service !!! I Just unbox, the TV picture and sound are good, construction seems solid, the available apps to play are basically Netflix, Youtube, and Amazon Prime..... and a few BS Apps, you can't add things like ESPN, DISNEY, PARAMOUNT. After having it for one year the sound no longer works. The vendor gave me the option of a tv replacement or a soundbar. My husband didn't want to hassle with taking down the tv and waiting for another, so he chose the soundbar. Took a bit to figure out how to make connections work. Also, the shipping container was thoughtful and well designed. I did have a problem with one of them. One of the cooling fans was making a noise right out of the box. I contacted them and they quickly and very pleasantly sent me a replacement. The return process was also easy. We bought this tv in May of 2022 for the back deck. We noticed as time went on, it got harder and harder to turn on and eventually stopped turning on all together. The picture when it worked was great. This tv is very heavy and super sturdy. It doesn't have the buttons for power/volume/channels on the tv due to it being weatherproof. We contacted their customer service in February of 2023 after buying a new remote in an attempt to turn it on, and they sent us a new tv, and paid for the old one to be shipped back to them. I pushed this later in the year this year. I used it a couple times outside on my porch. The 4 or 5 time I went out to use the TV, but it would not turn on. I used their customer support, they sent me an upgraded TV, but that TV didn't work as well. They sent me a third TV and it worked.
