Good value, and pretty quick brew time, works well, but no way to lower setting to hold coffee after brew... Only on and off no hold settings. Coffee will over heat and start to reduce if you leave on too long. Seems to have a good quality design, filter and holder do well for brewing.

This product worked only one time. It was awhile before I needed it again. When started it did not work. I tried a few times later, still broken. That's the bad news. But even though it was past time to return it via Amazon, this company returned allowed me to return the item that didn't work and replaced it with a new working one. It wasn't easy to take videos and pictures, load them, etc in order to return the item. But this is a small business and I understand the need to verify.
