Ok, here's the deal. Great chair and comfy. Not very complicated to assemble and seems sturdy (will update that after time). The only issue is one design flaw that doesn't allow a full 360 swivel. There is one nut that attaches the back rest that hits and stops the swivel.turning process. You can either force it or remove it and see how that holds up over time. The latter is what I chose and I hope it doesn't effect the back rest long term. We will see. For the money paid for this, you would think you didn't have to do that. Simple but annoying design flaw. Fingers crossed

The media could not be loaded. First I just wanna say I love these modern looking chairs. They are very comfortable and swivel all the way around. Super easy to put together. Additionally, the seller provides fantastic customer support! I initially ordered the wrong size chair and they were able to make the change quickly for me without having to cancel reorder. They were easy to get a hold of and were quick to respond. Overall, very positive experience with this seller. Highly recommend these chairs and seller.
