I am a heat press novice, so my experience isn't very well developed. However, I have a friend who used to do this as her business, and she has been showing me the ropes. Overall, this press is very sturdy and well built. Set up was easy and the instructions are pretty clear and well thought out. I also watched a ton of You-Tube videos on heat presses and so that also made it easier to figure out. The size is perfect for the type of use I plan to engage this unit in. The heat levels appear to be steady and consistent with the temperature settings. Partner wanted one of these things awhile now to make some tshirts up for various silly things. This came up and we immediately snagged it. The size is very nice, its fairly compact for what it is but it is a bit hefty so keep that in mind. It is SUPER easy to use, I think that she read the directions and was up and running within an hour easily. The press heat level is good, just have to pay attention to times and what the directions say. Value wise, this is not a bad deal to dip your toes into making up tshirts, plus being a purple press was a big upvote from my partner lol. ... show more
