This controller is amazing. I had it sitting in box for awhile, knowing that I would eventually have somebody to play with. To watch the remote light up in the hands of the player- the way the lights change- is so cool! The controller has both wired and wireless capabilities. It is read perfectly by my Switch (1). The user can customize the lights, as well! Just have to download an app. It’s also a modded controller! It has turbo controls, button inputs, and then two extra trigger pads on the back. I’m super stoked on this controller and would definitely purchase a second.

This Controller pleasantly surprised me, Third party controllers in my experience have been hit and miss generally. While lacking rumble, everything else works just fine and in some respects is an improvement over the branded pro controller. It is lighter than a switch pro controller, but the plastic does not feel cheap and the triggers and joysticks honestly feel better than the pro controller. Pros: -Everything works as advertised. -gyro works perfectly. -Colors are a fun option. -I Honestly prefer the way the Z triggers are set up they have a bit more resistance and some different texture. -The joysticks avoid the soft rubber for a solider material that I prefer. Cons: -The face buttons and D-pad are a bit squishy, at first I thought they may have delay but soon I realized it’s the distance to reach the contact. It’s a very minor delay so for most people playing most games it will be unnoticeable, if you are playing something that needs twitch reflexes possibly not. -The colors are fun but do get a bit disturbed by the blue light for the player indicator, it is always bright blue and due to the design philosophy, it goes through the clearer areas giving a distinct big blue spot regardless of color choice. If you go blue or multi color, you’ll never notice and while it doesn’t bother me but for some people it may be a turn off. Overall this is an excellent budget friendly alternative to a pro controller I can easily recommend, with its minor caveats noted above.

I love my switch and I love this controller. I am so obsessed with all of the lighted things when it comes to electronics. This is a great controller. It looks awesome when it lights up. They are bright and move around the controller like lightning. It is easy to hold, the material is great, and doesn't tear. It is very nice!

This could be a really nice controller for the price. Unfortunately, the lack of response from the D-pad brings the controller down quite a bit. If you don't need/use the D-pad, then it's a great controller. The joysticks and all buttons are responsive and surprisingly clean, if a little mushy on the triggers (expected at this price point). Joysticks have full range of motion with no dead spots and are smooth. The lighting is annoying (my opinion), but can easily be turned off. It has surprisingly strong "rumble" feedback as well (two motors). The weight and feel of the controller is decent, in my opinion. Not on par with my 8BitDo controllers, or OEM controllers, but also less than half the price. Now for my disappointment... The D-pad is horrendous on my sample. You can get diagonal movement from it, but to do so requires the application of excessive pressure. Also, unless you're really heavy handed (thumbed?), the D-Pad misses a good 40%+ of inputs on the right and up directionals. If you're really light on the pad, you can miss 90%+ of inputs on said directional inputs. This makes the controller unusable if the D-pad is a requirement. I went as far as disassembling the controller (a real PITA to do) to clean the carbon pads on the PCB. They weren't filthy or coated in anything, so I wasn't holding out much hope of improvement (didn't help at all). I'm chalking it up to a sub-par directional key membrane and or poor geometry on the D-pad itself. If the membrane keys were a smidge taller, and/or the D-pad contact surfaces to said membrane a bit longer, I think the issue would be resolved. Unfortunately, I'm a D-pad fan and this issues kills the controller for me. Lastly, the daughterboard PCB (handles the joysticks) has a bunch of flux residue from what looks like manual soldering on the thru-hole components. This controller has potential if they fix the D-pad.

As a wireless controller, this works pretty well, the wireless function is stable and the buttons are responsive, I am not a fan of the LED option or the general design though, so aesthetically no that great, but functionally it works well.

This is a really nice controller. We only had three separate controllers for our Switch which meant someone always had to use the joycon controller which is less comfortable and felt like a disadvantage. I got this thinking that it would be a back-up controller, but my sons love it so much that now they fight over who gets to use this one! It feels sturdy and well-made and is comfortable to hold. The cracked design is only visual; it's a smooth surface. The buttons work as well or better than the official controllers, and the lighting is a super cool effect. It's easy to charge and we have no complaints (well, except for the fighting. Guess we need another one!)
