Love the product! Easy to clean, was easy to install. Definitely 5 star product! Reason I gave 3 starts because of the company that sold it! Toilet lid got chipped doing shipping and when I was unpacking tank lid my finger got cut. When I contacted company and asked for replacement lid and send pictures of damage and my cut finger, they havenโ€™t respond I had tow send second email week later. When i finally got response it was contact Amazon. There was no apology no nothing. Would be careful not to buy from them again! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This is a nice low flow toilet for the price. The lid is a little flimsy, but you can replace with a nicer one if you choose to. The only problem I had was getting it to seal, or at least that's what I thought was the problem. It kept leaking on one side out from under the toilet. I assumed it was just a bad seal with the gasket, so I got a new thicker wax ring and tried again. Still leaked. I applied more wax but still leaked. After looking on the web for solutions I found a wax-free solution that looked promising. A rubber boot that adheres to the bottom of the toilet and seals with ridges as it pushes down into the drainpipe. I was sure this would fix it but NO. Still leaked. I finally put the toilet up onto a bucket and filled it with water, got my camera under the toilet while flushing and low and behold, there was a small crack up under the bowl causing a small leak during the flush. I started the return process, but it was going to be a real hassle specially since I had modified the toilet with a custom gasket. I decided to try fixing the crack with some JB Weld putty epoxy. So far, so good. I have not seen any other complaints like mine so I guess I was just unlucky. ... show more

Everybody is getting these foot platforms to get into a certain position for the main event, but all these toilet manufacturers are making all the seats higher, are they so out of tune? Other than the uncomfortable seat position, which will be remedies by use of the cheap plastic foot platform, it's pretty nice (to look at). I do have to flush multiple times because of this 1.8 or 2.8 limited water usage "green" flush which works 1 out 3 times. I do keep a plunger near my toilet and have started using more of it since the installation of the new toilet. I really wish I could buy my old style toilet ( low and wide) (simple and easy flush system), which they no longer make. Aren't time tested products the best thing, why the change to poorer design and function. With-that-said: this one probably one of the better ones out there currently for the price. ... show more

Decided to swap out my stationary RV's toilet and i'm IN LOVE w/ the results. Although the bathroom itself is still a work in progress, this toilet fit into the limited space perfectly. It also super quiet and although it has a weak flush, it efficiently gets the job done!
