Fantastic toilet with decent flush, installed easily, works perfectly and looks amazing in a renovated bathroom. Either the handle or button flush work well. Cleaning is fairly easy except for some corners and ridges which require some additional elbow grease.

I payed the extra $20 for the deliverymen to leave the soiled just outside the bathroom. Such nice, friendly, and accommodating young men left the toilet right where I wanted it. Checked to see that the toilet was unscathed as the box suffered damage during its stay at a warehouse. The toilet looks fantastic, a bit cold to the tush, due to the material, but a wonderful toilet regardless! This is by far one of my worst purchases ever. This toilet clogs ALL of the time, to the point where I dont even use it for bowel movements anymore. I soley bought it for the looks not thinking too deeply into the functionality and oh do I regret it. Looks good but looking to change it out at some point this year. And it being black is a pain to keep clean, sheesh never knew how much white covered up or camouflages stuff like dust. I wouldn't recommend this toilet at all. ... show more

This was an inch less measured at: front to back of tank compared to a typical oval seat "American Standard". Tank appears to use less water and does its job. Positioning of the water flow inside bowl seems like it may keep it cleaner. Appreciate the included slow close lid that is typically an additional add-on. I saw a few reviews complain of the top flush handles, requiring the lid alignment and went for the (choice of side) flush.     • Not enough water to clean when flushed

I just remodeled my bathroom and wanted a black toilet. This toilet was not cheap and had decent reviews. The picture shows that the black toilet has a white shiny porcelain inside. It does not. We bought matte black and the inside is the same matte black. It is a beautiful toilet which is the only reason I gave it a second star. Here are the cons: 1. The flush buttons are loose. 2. The small tank only fills the toilet with a tiny bit of water. Now....imagine what that is like when you go to the bathroom and it just sits on the inside like a ledge. When you flush the "vortex of water" cannot remove this as it sticks to the dry matte. You have to physically clean this toilet every time you go to the bathroom. There isn't enough water to go into! It's disgusting. Contractors have installed it and now I'm stuck with it. ... show more

I purchased this in February but didn’t install it until just now. It was well packaged. I used an helping hand to get it up to the second floor, it’s hard to carry by yourself due to its weight. However I installed by myself, just carrying it long distances is tricky. Pre-fit it and use masking tape to mark it out is a tip if you do it by yourself, makes it easier to line up with flange bolts/wall etc. Being 2 makes it easier but definitely doable solo if you got some muscles, I’m a 200lbs guy. I haven’t used it yet but it’s in placed, plumbed and filled up with water and so far it looks good. It wasn’t very hard to get to the bolts like people say, and I got fairly large hands, just use the right tools, open end wrench/small ratchet etc. 14mm. ... show more
