I ordered these to help my son with his swing as he is starting little league. The discs themselves are really just small frisbees, but they are made of a fairly soft rubber and come in a pack of three. After watching a video by the manufacturer, I tried them out with my son. They do indeed keep you focused on your swing, and I think would be beneficial for a more advanced player, but my son (10 yrs old) struggles to get the release point correct so it will fly and indicate how to adjust his swing. Given that there is no release point when it comes to swinging a bat, I don't feel that the issue can be addressed by changing his swing in any way, but that he simply needs to learn how to throw a frisbee to utilize these. For this reason, I'd recommend using these with more advanced players. ... show more

    • Great little training tool for baseball
I got these for a little league player that wanted to improve his batting control. This trains the batter to use the palm up, palm down method to train their body to swing the bat and follow through in the right position. Very simple to use and really a very simple concept of holding the disc between your open hands to train with palm up and palm down on each hand. Kids can changeup their training by then throwing the disc using palm up palm down technique to another player to catch and throw back using the same technique. Great training tool! ... show more
