My husband and I have been sleeping on and putting up with a ridiculously uncomfortable mattress for years. We both have constant back and pain issues, and it finally occurred to me that it was our terrible sleep support. We both work from home and probably spend more time in bed then the average person. I have personally been fighting with a pinched nerve in my neck and shoulder area for the last 3 weeks. So, I began the endless search for the perfect mattress in hopes of solving the constant pain we have had, and a better nights sleep. The mattress was due to arrive in 3 weeks of placing the order, and arrived in 7 days. The Amazon tracking system never updated until it was delivered. I was sooooo surprised & excited to see the box on our porch. The box is extremely heavy and should be carried by (2) people. We opened the mattress packaging in an empty room, and allowed the mattress so rise overnight. It took our specific mattress about 24 hours to reach the full 12". Possibly our kids using it for a trampoline encouraged the process. There were no odd smells, and the mattress was extremely clean. GUYS!!! I am telling you the 100% truth. Once we got the mattress on our bed and we were able to finally try it out. I sat on it for about 15 minutes, and when I got up. I had ZERO neck and shoulder pain. I don't know what is in this miracle mattress. But, I am absolutely convinced it realigned something just by sitting on it. We have opted to start off with the softer side. Like others have said it feels something like a very supportive marshmallow and hugs your body with support. But doesn't suck you in like quick sand! It is still quite firm, super supportive and Im sure will soften up even more with time. I was super nervous to order a mattress I had never seen or felt from a random (to me) company online. I am 110% satisfied with this purchase, and have decided to replace the kids mattresses with the same. I will definitely recommend this mattress to my friends and family, and strongly recommend it to those of you who are searching for the best in quality, solution, and investment. We’ve had this mattress for just under a year now, it is super comfortable! It was easy to set up, and even a year later there’s no divots. We are pleasantly surprised with how this mattress has turned out and held up, it’s budget friendly and super comfy. Can’t ask for more than that in a mattress!

This fit easy into our king bed frame its easy to clean with spills and a baby.. you do have to wait like 2 days once you take it out the packaging to let it fluff all the way out! Box was torn in half and I had to pick it up locally because they were too weak to carry it to my door

I was searching for a new mattress that offered different firmness levels, and where I could flip the mattress or turn it around to suit whatever kind of firmness level I needed at the time. This mattress exceeded my expectations. It offers three different firmness levels which was a big deal to me. I suffer from extreme back pain and this mattress has provided me with the comfort that my back needs. I am able to flip the mattress over to get a nice firmness or I can turn it around and get a medium firm and last but not least, it offers a softer level as well. Another very important detail I was looking for was a mattress that had a zip up Machine washable Cover and this one has such a great gray colored protector that you can easily unzip and throw in the washing machine to clean it. It is very easy to put the mattress protector back on the mattress once done cleaning. The mattress cover provides a soft smooth material to where You may not even need to put sheets on it, that’s how soft it is. It came packaged very professionally and was vacuum sealed in the box, it also included a special little cutting tool to open the vacuum sealed package and not accidentally cut your new mattress. The attention to detail on the stitch work is top notch and done beautifully. I am so relieved that I finally found a mattress that suited all my needs and what I was looking for. We bought this to replace our expensive Serta, which was uncomfortable after only 5 years. Oh my, after the first night, we have never slept better! Both sides are great, and not a huge difference between firm and softer sides, but you can feel one is softer. It works great on our adjustable base, too. There is no difference between the soft, medium or hard ends, it is rock hard on both sides all across. Contacted them a few months in and they were nice enough to give me a partial refund so I could buy their specific mattress topper (3inches) and guess what? An egg crate foam topper from Walmart would probably be better. I still wake up sore on my sides and you feel absolutely every movement, so if your partner gets up a lot/moves around - good luck. The mattress topper sucks, just return it if you’ve already made the fatal decision to buy it already and don’t get the topper. Learn from my mistake. I’m sorry to have to write such a negative review bc they did have great customer service, but having to now basically give away a used and terrible mattress and spend another few hundred for another mattress blows. If you have the time and patience to try and return it if you don’t like it, go for it. Just be sure you are not expecting anything soft or comfortable. For people who want to sleep on the ground. Also did have a strong chemical smell that took weeks to go away which should have been my cue to return it right away - but laziness can be a crazy thing. ... show more

Much needed for spouses who like different mattress softness levels. I sleep with my head at the foot and husband sleeps with his head at my feet. Matters can also be turned so hard is on one side soft on the other. Mattress gets wider and shorter if you choose to sleep this way. For the price, its the best mattress money can buy.
