I ordered a 12 inch Queen and received a King two times for two separate orders. It is very frustrating and annoying to not receive the right mattress at all considering the mattress does seem like good quality and very comfortable. Bad job to whoever is handling the orders.

When I received this packaged mattress package, its weight surprised me because it was so heavy that there was no way I could lift it off the floor by myself. But such weight also made me expect a lot from it. When I opened the mattress package, it took me about 10 minutes to bring this compressed and packed mattress back to its normal size. Lying on it is a very comfortable thing to do, it doesn't flatten out easily like many cheap mattresses, instead it gives good support for a grown man's weight, I love the fact that it's not prone to warping qualities, and the size is just right to work with my new bed frame, which is just great!

This is my first mattress in a box. I had difficulty getting it unrolled because it wouldn’t roll out like the directions said it was supposed to. I allowed it to inflate for about 2.5 days. It’s lower than I’m used to but it fit the frame and headboard nicely. The mattress is plush but also has support. I’m unsure about the mattress supporting my natural curves while lying down or if I’m sinking because it does feel like I’m sinking sometimes and when I’d roll to the other side of the bed you can feel the difference. It doesn’t inflate back quickly. I do find that my quality of sleep has improved and I have less tossing and turning. Jury is still out but for the price it’s a solid bed.

This mattress is horrible. We bought it so that when we moved we could throw away our old “tried and true” mattress and start with a new one. The mattress didn’t “inflate” fully (yes, we followed the instructions) and when you sleep on the thing it just “deflates” under you. We have had other “bed in a box mattresses” before so this is not our first rodeo. After days of moving I’m so tired and this is so uncomfortable that I’m considering the floor over the med because the mattress is awful.
