I had high hopes based on the reviews. Now that I’ve been using it for over a year, I figured I’d leave a review. At first, I think I enjoyed it. I don’t recall it causing me any problems but it didn’t really help my back pain much either. Over time, my back, neck and shoulder pain has only gotten worse. Oddly enough, my pinched nerves have more relief when I fall asleep on my couch than when I sleep in bed. Lately I’ve been doing more tossing and turning in bed than actual deep sleeping. It’s not me because I fall asleep everywhere else just fine, including smooshed against the wall when I accidentally fall asleep while putting my toddlers to sleep in their twin beds. I don’t think I’ll buy a new mattress just yet. I bought a mattress topper I’m going to try on this bed first and I’m hoping it helps. ... show more

This is a hard one for me to review.. it's not a bad mattress. It's just way too firm. I have it in my guest bedroom and sleep on it when Im unwell and don't want to disturb my partner. I always wake up with hip pain. I had a 1" memory foam topper i placed on top and it doesn't help. My next endeavor is to put a duvet insert under the sheet and see if that makes it softer for my preference. ... show more

It’s not anything remotely close to a pillow top at all but all the other pillow tops I’ve had were 600 to 1200 more and that’s on sale and not all were king size. Anyways make sure you order a mattress topper I saw the other reviews and made sure to have one ready. You are literally getting a king sized mattress for so cheap so you reallly can’t complain.     • Back pains and problems getting better

Bed is very firm but have noticed that when I get up in the morning my back does not hurt as bad anymore..probably around 75% better. Going to try and put a 1.5" topper on to help with being to firm. Also, I hardly twist and turn anymore.
