First we ordered a king but then cancelled a day later because we realized once it is no longer flat, we weren't sure if we could get it out of the place. Amazon was awesome. Connie tracked the order and stopped it prior to delivery. She kept us posted throughout the process. No restock fees. No hassle. We quickly received a credit back to purchase two of these twin beds. As mush as I really wished to have the Sweetnight Island bed, these were a great backup choice. They did not have a choice on the Island bed for two twins and two fulls would not fit. It arrived quickly as promised. We couldn't really wait for the 2-3 days for it to completely inflate so about seven hours later, we were sleeping on them. No smell, just amazing comfort for two different types of sleepers. One sleeps on the back the other on the side, one likes softer while the other likes firmer. Somehow, these beds work for both. Even without waiting, these were amazingly comfortable and relieved all of our issues acquired from sleeping on a horrible bed. With a 2" mattress cover, you cannot tell it is not one bed. No falling into a crack. There is no issue with waking up when the other person rolls over, moves or gets out of bed. Fast delivery, excellent service from Amazon. Great beds. Update worked into original review. 4 stars up from 3 stars. In April I purchased a 10” mattress that only rose to about 8” max. I chose this mattress due to its description and that a 10” mattress would overlap my new headboard. The lack of 2” created an aesthetic unpleasant gap exposing the wall. The gap also allowed my cat to get under the bed which defeated the purpose of the combo of my mattress and bed frame that blocked under the bed. Frustrated that I did not get what I paid for. I contacted the manufacturer about the problem about 4 weeks later helping the issue would resolve itself by then. Customer service contacted quickly by email. They asked for specific information off my mattress tag and photos and instantly offered a solution of a free 2” mattress topper. I agreed as returning the mattress would be an incredible hassle. I received the topper and a hypoallergenic cover. The topper also needed some time to expand, and it did rise to the 2”. In the meantime, the mattress rose another 0.25-0.50”. This is now the beginning of July, and the mattress height has remained steady. Now the total mattress & topper height is a little over 10” and looks great with my headboard. Customer was quick to response, offered a solution, and checked with me to see to how the topper was working out. I raised my review from 3 stars to 4 stars based on the excellent customer service I received, and the solution given. At first I was really skeptical about getting a mattress from Amazon but after reading reviews and not having time to go to mattress stores, I decided to give this one a try. It is so comfortable. Great balance of being firm enough to help with any back issues soft enough to feel like you’re sleeping on a fluffy cloud. I am surprised as to how well I'm sleeping on this mattress. It's softer than I thought but I don't sink in. With my other mattress I would constantly wake up with neck aches and headaches. Because there was no way in hell I was going to bring the bed my husband was cheating on me in when I moved out, I needed a new mattress. The air mattress I left with wasn’t going to cut it any longer. I didn’t want to spend a lot of money, but I needed something that wasn’t going to kill my back. I was wary of purchasing a mattress I didn’t test out, but like all companies, this has a trial period where you can return it if it doesn’t work out. Well, I’m not returning it. It’s firm enough without being too hard, soft enough without making you feel like you’re sinking into the mattress. There is very little transfer of motion if you have a sleepover (um, or so I hear…) and I can sleep in any position and be comfortable. There was virtually no chemical smell (amusingly called gassing) when it was new, and what little there was dissipated in a couple of days. I’m very happy with the mattress. It is a little challenging to set it up solo, and it didn’t help that the mattress is rolled up the “wrong” way; you can’t just put it on your frame and unroll, it comes out upside down and you have to flip it. If you can, do allow the mattress to rest and expand for the full amount of time recommended; I set it up in the morning but couldn’t leave it as long as recommended because I had to sleep on it that night, and it was definitely better on day 2. I’ve slept on cheap mattresses, air mattresses, high-end hotel mattresses and most things in between; this is very comfortable, and even my back is happy. Highly recommend. ... show more

I bought this mattress several months ago and we loved it. When it was time to get another King size mattress for our lake house I was excited to order the exact same mattress again. I was as thrilled with the second as I was with the first. It is perfect. It is comfortable yet firm. There was no smell at all associated with the mattress and I am very sensitive to smells.
