I LOVE this mattress! Absolutely perfect for me! I desperately needed a new mattress, so I was beyond ecstatic to get this one and try it out. My old mattress was just a basic, cheap, spring coil mattress and was extremely uncomfortable. Pros: - Setup was extremely easy. The mattress didn't come with any instructions, but it's pretty straightforward. I just opened the box, put the mattress onto my bed frame (still rolled up and encased in plastic), then cut open the plastic (VERY CAREFULLY!). It immediately started expanding and became full-size in under five minutes! I then pulled all the plastic out from around the mattress. That was that!!! - Extremely comfortable! It's firm, but soft. It's not so firm as to make it seem like sleeping on a rock, but you don't exactly sink into it either (which is exactly what I was looking for! I'm a side sleeper and back sleeper). - Low motion transfer. I was expecting this to have an off-putting scent when I first opened it (like some memory foam products I have used in the past), but there was no scent as far as I could tell. It's a tight fit in my bed frame. There is barely room for my sheets to go on, let alone my comforter... however, I hate my bed frame and this just gives me an excuse to go buy a new one! This isn't really a con, but I do want to mention it: I was able to move the box from my porch to my bedroom and get the mattress out of the box and onto my bed without help and I have stairs. Overall, I'm very pleased with this mattress and look forward to many years of use! ... show more

So far I am very happy with my purchase. I need a soft mattress because of my arthritis and this mattress is perfect for me. I was leary of purchasing a mattress online but I'm so glad I did. It came well packaged and expanded to its size in no time, slept on it the same night and it has no odor.

Not waking up sore every night anymore!! I have fibromyalgia and my old mattress I was tossing and turning all night and waking up sore everyday. Since we switched itโ€™s been a huge difference. The only thing I donโ€™t like about this mattress is itโ€™s not firm sided so when you sit on the edge you kind of slide off. ๐Ÿคฃ but I can live with that because I sleep so much better now. ... show more

I was really happy with the way the mattress arrived. When I opened the plastic wrap it started expanding immediately. The mattress is not too firm or plush, itโ€™s just right. Previously I had been having a lot of shoulder and neck pain, and ever since I started sleeping in this mattress it is literally all gone. Now I wake up in the morning with no shoulder or neck pain at all. I thought maybe I had bad pillows, or was sleeping weird, but I never considered my old mattress. It was comfortable from the first night and only got better with time. I can actually fall asleep fast now whereas I used to toss and turn constantly trying to find a comfortable position. I was recommended this one from friend and I LOVE IT! I was honestly skeptical about the price and the bed in the box thing but holy moly this bed is so comfortable and I wish I would have bought it WAY sooner. Also, there was zero to any smell when we first unpacked it from the box so, I don't know if some people got a bad bed but, we have had ZERO ISSUES and are EXTREMELY SATISFIED with this mattress. My mattress was firm, but it still forms to the body. No bad odor and no issues! Whatever the manufacturer is doing over there, please KEEP IT UP!!!!Purchased this and we love it. We are more on the chunky side so if you're wondering if it holds good to weight, it does. It's comfortable and supportive. No complaints here. This mattress is incredibly comfortable. I have not slept this great in years. Mattress forms to your body and is gentle on your bones. My husband moves around lot in his sleep and I don't really feel it. If you are looking for a Mattess with great support look no more. There are two sides to this mattress one being firmer than the other, but it's not labeled anywhere. My guess is the firmer side is the thicker side, which is our preference. Great price, great comfort! We had a nectar before this and that mattress was awful! I'm 5'2 170 and my husband is 6'1 200 and this mattress holds both of us up great. ... show more
