I have had this bed for around a month now and it is a fantastic bed. I have no issues with any heat retention, the bed keeps cool as desired. It feels nice and solid although it is memory foam which I consider a huge plus, and it has nice weight to it so that it doesn't shift around like other memory foam mattresses I have had. This bed is so comfortable. It's well worth the money. I was so afraid to buy a bed in a box. Boy was I shocked. This thing is soft, yet not too soft, not too hard, it's just right. It opens quickly when you slice the package open with the little safety knife that's included. So slice it fast and watch your head. Make sure to have it on the bed prior too slicing it open.
