For real...I am 51, and a above the knee amputee. I have specific needs for sleep. This is the perfect height to keep my cervical spine aligned, on my back or side. And it is firm enough to keep it aligned but still squishy enough to fold or use as a back rest against the wall. I am going to buy a few more to use as body pillows. I have had many pillows over the years ... down, cotton fill, the chopped memory foam. and this really is the best so far ... show more

    • High quality pillow although too high for me
This is a high quality pillow, especially for its price (around $15 when I bought it). The cover is from good material, the form is not too hard or too soft and keeps its shape, and the smell is minimal after you open it up and air it out for a day or two. But it is too high for me, even for side sleeping. If the manufacturer is reading this, I'd recommend a version of 2.75" and marketing it for back and stomach sleeping (they are other vendors doing it), and I'll definitely try it out (for side sleeping). ... show more

I have stenosis in my neck, causing some real discomfort. Usually change pillows every few days. I’ve used this solidly for three weeks and it’s still comfortable! Quality pleased with price and quality. Doesn’t have that latex stink!

I picked up a pair of these a few weeks ago and I just ordered a second pair today. They're inexpensive, but quite firm and resilient - which is important to me because I use them between my knees and as a side-sleeper pillow. Where down and batting-filled pillows inevitably pancake on me, these have managed to stay firm and spring back into shape after I get up. Even if I have to replace them in a year - and I doubt I will - they'll have been worth the value. As others mentioned in their reviews, they do have a chemical smell when you first buy them. Leave them to air out by standing them on their side at an angle for 24-48 hours and the smell will go away. I'm really pleased with these so far. ... show more
