Very nice and seems to be comfortable. I did have to trim off about 4 inches for our RV queen bed which it said it fit but trust me it was too long. Did not notice any weird smell and we are satisfied with our purchase. Definitely would buy again.

FINALLY!! This was our THIRD mattress topper that we bought and returned the other two, trying to find the one that was right for us. It's just thick enough to give support and be soft at the same time, is comfortable, gives good support and has definitely helped improve our sleep. It took a couple of hours for it to inflate(?) to size and was a snap to get into position and stays in place. We haven't had to adjust it yet, simple install, if you can call it that. I will say that it definitely doesn't cool, that would definitely be a neutral thing. Seems sturdy. But yeah, this is definitely the one for us and it was a great price, too!

I purchased this topper for our bed in the three-inch version and we LOVE it. My mother wanted more comfort for her mattress, so I bought this in the two-inch version. She is enjoying the quality of the topper and the fabulous comfort added, it really does help with your sleep quality! No smell coming from the topper upon opening and allowing it to fully expand, which does not take very long. Bonus part is that your sheets nor the topper will slide around, it grips both quite well.

I really wanted to love this product, which is why this review is so disappointing to write. I purchased two mattress toppers from this same listing, a twin for my son and a king for myself. My son’s arrived first, and we were honestly so impressed. It expanded quickly, felt incredibly soft and plush, and made a huge difference on his futon. He loves it, and I was excited to receive mine. Unfortunately, my king-size topper has been a completely different experience. It expanded, but instead of being soft and cushiony like the twin, it feels very firm, almost like Styrofoam. Instead of making my bed more comfortable, it actually made it feel harder. It’s shocking because both toppers look identical and are from the same company, yet the feel is completely inconsistent. I’ve included a video comparing the two so you can clearly see the difference. I also attempted to reach out to the seller through Amazon support, but the link provided is not working and the phone number goes immediately to vm which tells you to email them, so I haven’t been able to contact anyone directly. At this point, I’m very disappointed because I had high expectations based on the twin topper. I’m hoping the seller sees this and reaches out to resolve the issue, because I would much prefer a replacement that matches the quality of the first one I received. Otherwise, I will be returning the king-size topper. UPDATE: Their customer service team texted me to inquire on my issue. I asked if they could call me as it would be easier to speak via phone but they said they could only message. After MANY text message exchanges, explaining the issue, they said they would ship another. I explained the softness of my twin size mattress compared to my king size. They stated that a new king size would deliver the very next day (as they are in the same state that I live in). I asked for tracking, which they provided, however the very next day it showed label had been created. Upon following up with them to inquire, they mentioned it would ship the follow day. That was not what the stated but I let it go. It is now 4 days later and a twin size mattress just delivered. I attempted to call, no answer. I've sent a text message and waiting for a response. So far I'm really annoyed with the product and customer service.
