My 16 yr old Grandson put this thing together in a little over an hour ! There were no major issues at all. The directions were spot on, the drawers work flawlessly, and almost all the predrilled holes were in perfect alignment. The one exception was the middle wheel but they were close enough that the screws still went in and is wasn't a major issue. I deducted one star for the following reasons. 1: They do not include, nor do they even recommend, glue for the wooden dowels. I used my own Elmers glue on the dowels which I believe added strength and helped minimize the wobble others have complained about. I definitely recommend gluing the wooden dowels. 2: The white tabs for the back, meant to stabilize the unit, are useless. The tip of the screw barely reaches into the cardboard back and strips instantly. They accomplish nothing. A couple thin metal corner braces would be ideal I bought some corner braces to stabilize the unit, if needed, but for now the unit is stable enough that I am not concerned. I can add them later if needed. One person can handle the assembly by themselves but an extra pair of hands can be helpful for holding or stabilizing some parts and flipping the cabinet during the assembly. All said, I give this unit a very high rating for it's class and a feel it's a true bargain at this price. It also looks great !

Not what I would expect from a piece made from hardwood, but this is made from pressed boards. Included screwdriver is totally inadequate. A screwdriver with a big handle is sufficient. An electric screwdriver is not necessary. Assembly takes a long time because there are many parts. In step 23, the provided screws are too short. Used screws twice the length, which made screwing on the buckle a snap. The buckles hold the flimsy backboards (step 6, parts 6 and 14) in the grooves in boards 2, 3 and 4. Skip 23 and the cabinet will be flimsy, something nobody wants. Another review advised not skipping step 23, which I had done initially. Going back to complete step 23 greatly improved sturdiness

I assembled the cart by myself with a manual screwdriver. Some of the holes were not perfectly drilled, but it didn't affect usability. They added some white plastic buckled for the back panel (last step, parts L and M) and if you install those correctly, the cart is rock solid. Also, bonus that my printer fits perfectly on the shelf, so I don't have to waste space on the top!

Edit* put the buckles(braces) on the back and made a big difference. Not near as wobbly. I will now go from a 2 star to a 4 star. Putting it together now after the fact I would have used wood glue. The screws were small and would just keep turning. After doing all 20 steps it is wobbly I wouldn't buy it if you plan on moving it much. I am so disappointed

Final product is great! Best advice is put an old towel or blanket under the cabinet as you assemble AND don't think too hard as you and another person assemble. Follow the directions to a "t" and you will do great. Just don't ponder what it is to look like as end result. It's a great cabinet!!!!!

Super easy to assemble! It's small enough to fit in my closet but big enough to store so many of my office/craft junk lol. When you're super close to the very end of assembly, you'll notice a wobble -- I was worried I didn't assemble it correctly or I didn't tighten a screw, but don't worry! Once you finish the last step, it fixes that problem.
