I was very surprised at the quality of this item. It arrived well packaged with no dings and all parts needed, plus some extra screws, etc. My sister helped me put it together (well, she actually did the work - I supervised) :) she has assembled many things similar to this and she said this one was the best she'd seen. All the pieces were clearly marked. Instructions were OK but could have been enlarged a bit. Drawers pull out smoothly and the chest is sturdy. I've put my printer on it and a lot of things in the drawers to clear space on my bookshelves and to keep things organized (like stamps, stickers, stationery, pens, pencils, post-its, etc.). Size is perfect for me because now it is much easier to set my printer. And it looks great with the rest of my office furniture. I highly recommend this if you need additional storage. I wish I had space for another one!

I was very impressed with the way this item was packaged. It was reinforced at all corners and sides and all pieces arrived without damage. It took me a while to put together, but was not difficult. There were just many pieces with all the drawers which caused it to be more time consuming for me. It is particle board but the finished product looks very nice and the drawers open smoothly. I am using it as part of my sewing station and I expect it to work very nicely and last for quite awhile. The size was perfect for fitting under my sewing table and it was worth the price I paid during the Prime day sales. It seems to be very stable and the wheels add a nice option. I would order from this company again.

I bought this based on the reviews -- and the reviews were spot on. I needed drawers for my office 'stuff' and di not need the drawers to be deep--so this was perfect. I also bought it because of the SIMPLE drawer slides. I did not need or want fancy ball bearings. At 68 years old ( and arthritic hands) , it took me, working alone, about 3 hours to put together. It even came with it's own screwdriver. The instructions were easy to understand. It was not super awkward --all pieces were simply marked. I am impressed how heavy the piece is --good quality. I like it so much, I bought a black one to use in my bedroom. It works great as a chest to hold my jewelry.

I bought this to store arts and crafts supplies in my closet. It was extremely painful and frustrating to assemble and not as large as I expected it to be. You need wood glue and a drill and/or power screwdriver to be successful. It took two experienced adults more than an hour to put together. However, it is a solid, decent, attractive piece and I am satisfied with the finished product. The drawers are on rollers, so they open and close smoothly. The wheels are pretty solid, though they don't roll as well as I would like.

It's not difficult to assemble, but it was a little intimidating looking at all the parts. It takes a bit of time, but it is straightforward. You get a lot of extra fasteners so don't be concerned you missed something. This is a pretty sturdy cabinet. I was looking for shallow drawers that will hold 12x12 paper for crafting. This is perfect for my needs. Once assembled, the drawers open easily and stop before coming all the way out.

I bought 2 of these despite swearing I would never buy self assembly furniture again, my main problem with them being if you buy it, assemble it and something is wrong, you then have to take the whole thing apart to ship back, so it's a good 2-4 hours work for nothing but these seem the perfect size for my needs so I bought them. the first one I put together fine, although it took nearly 3 hours to do. The 2nd one, I had the experience of putting the first together, so I probably could have done it in about an hour, hour and a half. But then the last drawer, the holes and the screws/ dowels on one part just didn't line up. Measuring the holes, etc it looks like the holes on one part would not line up with it's component. So I try calling but the company is closed. But from past experience (remember how I said I would never buy one of these again) that they'd just tell me to take the WHOLE darned thing apart and ship it back to them when all I needed was the replacement pieces for the one drawer. So I said "screw it" and drilled the holes myself according to how the fit should be (pictures attached) hoping that would work, but as you can see from the final picture, it didn't. That drawer just won't go in properly. I'm guessing because not just the holes but the screw insertion/ dowel insertion holes were also somewhat off. And frankly, getting the drawers on this one together was very techy work, I suspect I just ended up with a badly produced one. Which means I hit a 1 out of 2 ratio for getting a poorly made product from this company, so will NEVER buy anything they make again. I basically took a huge loss on putting these together because each one ended up taking over two hours when without the issues it should have taken one, and the 2nd unit the last drawer doesn't even fit. edit; literally minutes after the initial review, I figured out the problem (shown in the last (1st?) pictures; the front drawer part, the cut of the bottom of the shelf wood is supposed to slot into, was cut at an angle and not straight. So the holes are right, it's the angle means the bottom shelf "wood" doesn't fit in properly. I kinda forced it in so now the drawer closes neatly, but it's a total crapped up, unusable drawer now. if I could do 0 stars I would.

Great storage unit, works perfect for what I needed for my office. It took some time to put together, about 3 and a half hours by myself. It’s all repetitive though and the instructions were great since you find your groove everything comes together no problem. There were no scratches or dings on any of the wood pieces and the white color was as expected like the pics. All in all, I’d buy more from this brand. My ONLY qualm is the huge sticker that’s on the top of the unit. You can’t take it off, it rips the white paint off the top shelf. I know these stickers are sometimes required by law, but most other companies put them inside a drawer, not out in the open like this. I’m rounding up to 5 stars, but this would be 4.5 stars ideally just because of the sticker thing.
