These arrived a day earlier than promised. The box was in good shape and the contents intact. The hardware was in a package attached to the outer box by a ribbon, so easy to find and protected. The frame was wrapped and protected, so it was pristine when I assembled it. The 20 bolts per stool did give my arthritic hands a workout from turning the Allen wrench, but a touch of soap on each bolt made it easier. Assembly was easy; all parts fit together well and aligned the screw holes perfectly. It even came with spare screws in each pack. They look nice at my counter and are sturdy and stable. They are comfortable to sit on. My counter is 36 inches to the top and another inch of height would have been nice, but they actually are adequate. They also fit my decor well. For the low price, they are great. If I planned to use them a lot I would have spent more for something with a back, but these are just for sitting at the counter occasionally and comfortable for that. ... show more

These were very inexpensive and met the need I had. I just needed a few extra spots at my kitchen island as I am having a party and want to make sure there are enough seats. Took a little while to put together, but it wasn't horrible. The cushion is comfortable. The brown color is off from my deep brown chairs so they don't match perfectly. I was surprised how much I liked these stools that I ordered 2 more. Easy to assemble and the cushion is sturdy and comfortable. The legs are metal and it is sturdy. They also give you an extra bolt for the legs and the seat cushion.
