    • Nice stools for my counter
These arrived a day earlier than promised. The box was in good shape and the contents intact. The hardware was in a package attached to the outer box by a ribbon, so easy to find and protected. The frame was wrapped and protected, so it was pristine when I assembled it. The 20 bolts per stool did give my arthritic hands a workout from turning the Allen wrench, but a touch of soap on each bolt made it easier. Assembly was easy; all parts fit together well and aligned the screw holes perfectly. It even came with spare screws in each pack. They look nice at my counter and are sturdy and stable. They are comfortable to sit on. My counter is 36 inches to the top and another inch of height would have been nice, but they actually are adequate. They also fit my decor well. For the low price, they are great. If I planned to use them a lot I would have spent more for something with a back, but these are just for sitting at the counter occasionally and comfortable for that. ... show more

These look great but legs are white metal. I thought they would be wood. Maybe I didn't read the description well enough. She is some sort of leather, but the chair looks great. Only issue we had was to raise the height. You use the black knobs on the bottom of the legs, but they were too loose when you spun the screw. When you tightened the screw on the bottom completely, one of the legs was not even with the remaining three so you had to loosen up the black screw and knob in order to not have a wobble. ... show more

They are very soft and comfortable. They have a small footprint for places that have limited space. You can see how to assemble them in a glance. There are extra bolts. The bolt holes all aligned and were threaded properly. Good feet to protect the floor. I put 1 inch round felt pads on them.
