I just started my weight loss journey. I weighed 260lbs and now down 25lbs. I decided to get this to get rid of water weight it definitely worked after 2hr workout drenched in sweat. But with to much sweat causes the material to loosen up. Or sometimes it would lose grip on the skin and roll down. I’m constantly in the gym trying to adjust it but with so much sweat it will just roll down making it uncomfortable. And into a thin lumpy band. Love the product but better off getting the other version that’s a bit wider.
