I bought this as an alternative to my waist trainer because the wires dig in my skin when I’m exercising. This band is no joke. I didn’t know what to think with the reviews but it is incredibly effective. I did a 40 minute ride on the Peloton and sweat a bunch. It was cool to see the excess sweat on the band. Let me tell you- I wear it during every workout and I can visibly see the difference. I have not tried the cream with it but I’m planning on it.
