I wear this when I sit in the sauna to help promote extra sweat and this waist band is extremely comfortable to wear. I've used other similar types of waist bands before that are super stiff & you can barely move or sit while wearing it. This one is so comfortable, I forget I even have it on!

For ref Im 5’8 ish 250lbs and I got an xxl, I could have gotten an xl but it fits perfectly fine. I have a 44” waist so I wanted to be safe and went a size up but no need to!!
