I 👏🏼LOVE 👏🏼THIS 👏🏼 PRODUCT 👏🏼 !!! It gives me the best support I’ve ever had (I’ve had a lot of waist trainers and spandex shorts/undies). I keeps me in the correct posture while I’m walking and sitting any workout. I wear it throughout my day to do everything. I started off wearing it for a few minutes throughout the day. Then I began to extend the time I’d wear it. For example, the first 2-3 days I wore it for about 15 mins 3 - 4 different times throughout the day. Just to not over do it or hurt any of my muscles. Then next couple days I worse it for 20 - 30 mins a day one or twice. Then I began to wear it for an hour and so on. This is my favorite product. It’s super easy and stretchy. I’m short sizes I’m usually a medium so, I bought a medium and it was perfect. It had enough for me to leave it lose and to tighten it up a really good amount. If I tighten it enough (to where it’s comfortable) I get a nice curve on my sides. It’s amazing. THE ONLY DOWN SIDE (which is my I have this product only 4 stars) is that the LENGTH is to short and the bottom of my tummy sticks out. I would’ve loved for a longer version of tho same product instead of this one. Do I recommend this product? ABSOLUTELY !!! But, this is just a little,… CAUTION REVIEW. My friend recommended this product to me. I’ve had a lot of different waist trainers and sweat bands. This one is perfect for someone like me with a shorter torso. It also is perfect for working out because it’s super comfortable. The Velcro isn’t hitting my skin and it’s very secure. I really wish they made waist trainers this comfortable. Then I’d be able to wear them all day long but find myself taking them off because they aren’t comfortable. This sweet sweat waist band is the bomb. The double layers make it easy to adjust for your comfort levels. If you want it tighr you can make it tighter, if you want it loose you can make it looser. Even when I make mine tighter I don’t feel like I’m suffocating or can’t breathe. I also wear it on my bare skin with no irritation. ... show more

I am in love with my sweet sweat band. I would like it a couple inches longer on top and bottom, but it works. I definitely get a lot using the original scent sweet sweat stick. Have a towel handy when you take it off. You and the band end up dripping.
