Bought this on my hubby's account, my name is Maria and I bought three different waist trainers on Amazon, this Pro Series Sweet Sweat wasit trimmer, the regular Sweet Sweat Waist Trimmer, and the Venuzor Wasit Trimmer. My sister in law had bought the regular Sweet Sweat Waist trimmer so I wanted to feel & see the difference between that one the pro series, and a completely different brand(Venuzor) I was mainly searching for a Wasit trimmer to wear during workouts to increase the amount of sweat around my abdomen area. Note all 3 of these waist trimmers are not meant for wearing under clothes to flatten the tummy,. They have seams and thickness that will show through clothes. These are meant to be worn during work outs or doing hard labor work to increase sweat. That being said, ultimately I decided to keep the Pro Series Sweet Sweat. The main difference between the pro and the regular is that the Pro is the exact same thing as the regular but with an extra Velcro strap for added support. The double Velcro was the biggest plus for me and why I chose this one. I'm heavy set at 190lbs, 38 inch in waist, and the extra strap added more support without sacrificing mobility. I'm able to do house cleaning, yard work, and HIIT workouts and have the band remain perfectly in place while I sweat hardcore and keep my posture and back protected. This band intensifies how much I sweat during my workouts, there's literally a puddle of sweat when I take it off which is super gross but super satisfying at the same time! It really helps me get the most out of my workouts. It's also very comfortable so that I'm able to do all the exercises and it stays put at the same time. I love the neoprene material inside because even though you feel hot from the intense workout it gets and the heat under the belly it's not uncomfortable whatsoever because it's not fabric. The material also make it super easy to wipe off & repel sweat and maintain cleanliness without having my sweat soak into the material. That was the biggest downfall of the Venuzor waist trimmer is the inside was just regular fabric and it did not feel comfortable like neoprene does. It felt like it would get really hot and uncomfortable during working out that I would only be focused on the band instead of my workout and that all my sweat would soak into the material. For my purchse of the Pro Series, I was also able to get a free jar of the sweet sweat workout enhancer gel with a voucher that came in the bag. I just ordered it through the link on the voucher and I can't wait to try it! I can't say if it's always like this with the pro series waist trimmer but the regular Sweet Sweat comes with a mesh baggie for transport & washing plus a free sample puch of that workout enhancer gel. That's probably the only downside of the Pro Series, for the price, I wish it also uncluded a mesh baggie but it's not a big deal at all. So before I did a review, I actually wanted to use the product for two to three weeks. And I can honestly say after a month sweet sweat ain’t n Joo joke. Day one when I put it on, my face was like😒, and my thought process, 🧐 lemme see if this really works. But I tell you🥳, when I went to the bathroom and took it off the sweat on my torso, had my jaw hinged open 😧. You can see my abs better, it’s trimming fat around my lower and upper stomach. I have both the pro series in small and the traditional pink trim belt in medium. I lost weight so I bought the pro. Now both are great when I wear my sauna suit if you have sensitive skin prone to rashes please put the band over a shirt or material. I measured them against each other image 1 and 2. The belt covers more are where the pro gets smaller towards the ends. My problem area is literally is from my rib cage to pelvic bone so I want something to cover most of this area. The pro can't do that as in image 3. Where image 4 shows the belt can to a degree. Both make you sweat trust me. I have been using this since the pandemic started and I went from 153 to 138 in 2 months with working out 5 days a week and no diet. I will order another premium belt in a small since I need more coverage. I suggest the pro if you are looking for a more targeted area. ... show more

I love that it serves the purpose of sweating but it also is firm enough to use as a waist trimmer/trainer. It is excellent for low impact cardio and all workouts that don't require you to bend over. If you plan on high impact training with a lot of torso movement I would Stick with the original belt. Both are amazing but are used very differently, which will help you achieve different results. I own both belts and use the original for outdoor running and HIIT. Love this waist trimmer!! It helps support my back and always feels good to see the sweat as you take it off. Had to buy one for a loved one bc I recommend! I just need to say that I bought my first one on their actual site, and they only have two sizes (s-m & l-xl) I bought a medium one on amazon and I had to compare, the one I ordered on here was way too big to even be able to support the back, even at its tightest. The material also seems SUPER CHEAP, compared to the one I purchased on Sports Research official website. So if u decide to buy, pls buy on their actual website. I love the double cinching... This absolutely makes you sweat, even with minimal effort (I dont sweat much like how I see some people at the gym do, so this will help me shed those extra pounds just a little quicker)! I usually wear like M/L stuff and while the M/L does fit, I have to tug on it a lot still. I probably shouldve ordered a S/M even if it was a little tighter so that when I do lose some weight, I dont have to buy a smaller size.
