*XL size purchased* I am 5'3 and was 246 prior to purchasing these pants. I'm now 240lbs and these pants have helped with inches I would say more than lbs. I was cautious purchasing as there aren't any reviews for plus size so I wasn't sure they would fit but I said let me give it a try and see. So first thoughts upon trying them on is okay, with a lil pull and tug I actually got them on past my legs and butt! *FIT* These pants are like a vacuum! They literally seal you in and stick to your skin once you have them on and in place. *COMFORT* I didn't find them too uncomfortable where I felt like I needed to take them or hindered me working out. They do make you sweat! (See pics) Once you start sweating you can actually feel wet spots and it kind of feels funny because you can at times feel like the pants are filled with water (especially if you sit down, you will feel squishy) but again its not horrible to the point where I need to take them off. I did 45mins-full hour of cardio 5 days a week for 2 weeks in these pants and I have to say the pants are starting to fit over my waist as opposed to when I first started wearing them. (See pics) I think they are worth purchasing and wearing them 2-3x a week not every workout at least I won't be.

I promise you, you'll be shocked! DO NOT GET DISCOURAGED! They'll fit honey! They will! And when they do, you'll love them when you work out and girl they hold the fat IN. 🤣

My friend (who loves to exercise!) told me about a waist trainer she had purchased that makes her sweat more, and in turn, achieve more out of her workout. So at her suggestion, I began to look for something similar. I came across many different neoprene tops as well as pants, but I did not like the reviews that stated how the fit was not comfortable nor the smell of the material pleasant. I clicked on a suggested item (the Sweat Shaper pants) and my interest was peaked. I thought it was worth a try seeing as how the reviews were great and it was thinner than the neoprene alternatives. I took my waist measurement (one inch above my belly button) of 34” and ordered a size Large. I had read how they were a bit difficult to put on and found it to be true. But I discovered that there is a technique to it and that is as follows: 1) Bunch the material of one leg together in both hands 2)Pull it up to your mid-calf on one leg (repeat on the other leg) 3) Pull the pants up a few inches at a time (one leg then the other) until the pants are on. This prevents the pants “suctioning” to your legs when they are not yet pulled up fully. I found the pants to be extremely comfortable, stretchy and slimming. They definitely make you sweat, but the moisture is not felt until the pants are removed. They do make a slight sound when you walk/run, but not very much. I guarantee these pants will DEFINITELY help me on my pursuit to getting in shape, and I can’t wait until I can order a size smaller! If you’re debating on which compression/thermo pants to purchase, look no further! You won’t be disappointed with these!!

Love them!!!! They fit like a glove, in almost a literal sense. They have this plastic like material ALL inside. Top to bottom. They didn't move at all when I went jogging on the beach and up stairs. Even ran through water....these pants are perfect! They'll be great for hikes too! If your aiming for that lower lower tummy fat or thighs, these pants are it! I was afraid they'll rip how tight they feel but didn't. They are not tight like, " cant fit my butt in them". Tight as in they attach tight like a octopus. Lol I'm 5'5, where a size 5-7 and got a medium. Fits great

Love these , perfect for working out! I read reviews and decided to get a Large and they fit like a glove. I never take pictures, but I had to show everyone what a great fit they are! My weight goes up and down. (currently I'm up) I'm 5'6 and 170 and Large fits perfectly! I highly recommend these! I'm buying a second pair so I can keep the other pair at my boyfriends so when we work out together. Definitely a must buy!
