This bed come 2 days early and so happy! 😀 expanded in seconds and very comfortable! Didn’t have the weird mattress smell so I was happy about that as well. I already had a bedframe so it height was perfect cause I’m tall so another bonus! Very disappointed with the quality and lack of customer service. This mattress is less than 13 months old and has literally split down the middle. I am a small, petite person, and this mattress is in a guest bedroom, meaning it gets very little use. There is absolutely no reasonable explanation for this level of failure in such a short time. I have emailed the company multiple times, offering to provide photos and documentation, and have received no response whatsoever. For a mattress that is advertised as durable and well-made, this is unacceptable. Between the premature structural failure and the complete lack of customer support, I would not recommend this mattress to anyone. A product even at this price point should last far longer than this, especially with minimal use. ... show more

My girlfriend was so happy when she got the Swbvs Queen Mattress 12 Inch, Hybrid Mattress Queen Size delivered to her apartment. She said the mattress was big, I noticed that the quality and thickness, durability, Support was good when we were sleeping together on the mattress .
