I wanted to put this on my dashboard, but unfortunately the 3M Gasket they call it doesn't seem to like the textured surface. I let it cure for a day, but unfortunately the gasket wouldn't stay attached, effectively ruining the 1 time use adhesive. The suction cup alone works great though. I've tried it on the same dash and moved to onto my windshield to avoid my phone heating up as badly when the vents were running. I swapped away from the vent clip on because its winter, heat would cause my phone to over-heat and it refused to charge. Suction cup is super strong. Go off roading with terrible suspension and its holding still like a champ. The mount has room to run wires through it too, which is nice for keeping things organized looking and avoiding obstructing your view. The telescoping arm and adjustable and rotateable design is neat too, I can lay back and watch a movie or two on it while relaxing. Definitely a keeper!

The set up for this car phone holder was pretty simple and straight forward. There was a moment that I was confused but the directions helped a lot. I like how there’s two ways to use it. It tightens on your phone which makes sure that it doesn’t slide out, and you can easily remove it. It does rub against the surface that it’s on, so it’s a challenge with cars of a lighter interior. The air vent attachment did break after 2 months of having it which sucks. If it hadn’t broken, it’s worth 5 stars. I will be trying to see if I can get it replaced. But overall it works incredibly well and is worth the price.

I've only used this as a vent mount so I can't really speak on the suction part, but it's been great for my drives! I put off getting one for too long and this checks most of my boxes. It's very easy to put together, the adjustable grip fits well for my Pixel, the push button release always works well, and the openings on the mount are all compatible with my phone. Only thing I had to adjust once was the tightening screw in the back. The mount was falling forward because it got loosened from adjusting it around but just tightening it again fixed the problem.

Very functional and versatile car phone holder. Suction cup option to fit to dash or window. I personally bought it to mount in my husbands tractor so he would have hands free telephone use out in the field. Great mobility from vehicle to vehicle and very sturdy and easy to use.

I first tried mounting to the dash, but the seal wouldn't adhere well and literally fell off onto the floor when I left it overnight before the first day I intended to use it. I had to settle for using the vent mount option, but the vent layout in my 2016 Chevy Cruze means it sits so closely to my steering wheel that it interferes with using either my turn signal on the left or my key ignition and wiper controls on the right unless I keep it angled slightly away from me. It's also quite low, which means I have to move my head downward in order to view driving directions instead of being able to move my eyes laterally, which is an avoidable driving distraction. It also means my phone sits in front of the air vent. In summer, it's not a problem as the cool air avoid my phone overheating, but winter is another story, and I have to keep the vent closed. I work as a delivery driver, which means these three issues add up to a major annoyance, and I'm back to buy a different phone mount. The grip is good, the one-touch release is good, it allows me to charge my phone while driving, and it keeps my phone stable, but it's not ideal for what I need.

So many phone holders to choose from. Many try to be stylish, but they don’t work so well. This one adjusts simply and effectively, adheres to my dash without much effort, and is very reasonably priced. What more could you ask for?!
