Loving this cot and happy I purchased. Fits my 6’, 225lb brother comfortably. The pad is thin so I sewed a giant pillow case to slide it inside, problem solved. Far more comfortable than sleeping on a couch. Folds up and easily into a closet. Not a bulky contraption.

Bought 2 of these for dad and I for tent camping. They slept well, set up and takedown a breeze. The matress however after unpackaging needs to have a way to store, my solution for now are vacuum bags and my wet dry vacuum. The matress will not store in the bag. If someone knows a way to get them all together into the bag, please reply.

I bought this cot for temporary bedding, to be used by 3 different adults (weight ranging 125-265lbs) over several months; I thought that the width and height would be great for adult of this size. -The cot has been used, thus far, for 3 weeks; the material that you lay on is already sagging, making it feel like a hammock more than a flat-bed surface. This sagging makes it difficult to get up off of the cot, because the metal side-rail press into your legs, from your newd to rock yourself up and over it, from the sunken fabric-surface. -The cot seems sturdy, but heavier than I expected (for transporting), and comes with a cover for when it's not in use. -The included mat (which is not as cushiony as the advertisement implies) does not include a separate cover to keep it clean, but does come with attached straps to hold it in place in a rolled up position, along with an extra strap that allows you to carry it on your arm, slung across your back, or be hooked on to something else. Update (5 weeks later): the use of these cots has been extended, resulting in every night usage. The leg on one cot seems to be splaying out. It looks as if the joint supporting that leg is caving. I fear it will collapse on the person using it. I bought one, then bought a second one 1-week later, for another adult. The sagging and leg-joint issue occuring with both cots, although at a slower speed on the kne being used by the lesser-weight adult. I no longer reccommend this structural-style cot, as I bought a smaller version from a different Seller and that cot is having the same defective leg-joint issue.

Why did I ever waste money on an air mattress?! I had been using an air mattress for several months and it finally gave out. I still wanted a temporary sleeping solution because I'm not yet ready to invest in the bed of my dreams, so I decided to try this camping cot. My only regret is not buying this first and skipping the air mattress altogether. This is a great cot. I purchased the XXL even though I'm a petite 5'3" lady, but it's the perfect size. I don't know how I'd ever be comfortable in anything smaller or more narrow. It's so easy to set-up. Zero installation needed. Just unfold the cot and push down on the cot until you hear it softly lock into place so that it's entirely flat (except for a slight rise on the northern / head side). It's extremely lightweight, definitely portable once it's folded-up in its carrying sack. (Yes, it does come with the advertised carrying sack.) I think the cushion/"mattress" it comes with is quite fluffy and soft and, even though it's vacuum sealed, it immediately puffed-up as soon as I cut open the package. The cot also has a handy little carrying pouch on one side (the right side, if you're laying on the cot) so you can place some personal items in there. Note: I'm the kind of person that loves sleeping on the ground. I love ultra firm sleeping surfaces. So, to me, this cot is super comfortable. It's firm and sturdy and level. The only thing I did not like about the cot and mattress is the initial chemical smell. Definitely let this air out a bit before sleeping on it. Otherwise, I highly recommend this (and definitely get the XXL size if you're my size or taller/bigger). I only wish I had bought it sooner instead of wasting money on an air mattress.
