Funparts headlight kill switch worked great on my new Surron Light Bee. I was concerned after reading other reviews about the cord being short but the cord seemed just right, so maybe they make them longer now. Install was very easy except for getting the cover off the ignition switch. After struggling with the battery cover up, I watched a Youtube video and the video showed the battery cover down, removing the screws gently lift the front out first which worked. This does exactly what I needed it to do - cut off the lights on my Surron in the daytime. It looks good, mounted well to the handlebars, the light indicator is easily seen, was priced excellently, and functions exactly how I expected it to. Custom wiring is required to turn off taillights also, as this is wired to turn off headlights only. ... show more

Listen to the bad reviews. I installed it and it wouldnt work, couldnt turn it on or off because the switch didn't work. It worked for maybe 24 hours but first ride in it failed and I was left without a headlight. Very unreliable and a waste of money.

Almost everything about this switch is great except one thing, the wire length. It could definitely be longer. I had to fiddle with it to get in a comfortable reaching position that wouldn’t pull on the wire while turning. The plug and play is great and it functions perfectly. The halo LED on the button also looks pretty cool. Longer wire would have made it a must have IMO. It’s still fully functional, but the short wire length forced me to mount the switch further toward the middle of the handlebars rather than closer to my hand. ... show more

I bought this headlight switch for my Sur-Ron, and it’s been frustrating. The build feels cheap, the buttons are hard to press, and the switch doesn’t always respond reliably. Installation was more complicated than advertised, and the wiring instructions were confusing. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this product unless it’s your only option. ... show more
